Grace itself is irresistible, in the sense, when it is applied while God is neutralizing a man's flesh as to reason with his soul.
The flesh has no say when it is put in a straight jacket. That restraint is irresistible!

But that does not make someone to believe.

Grace only places a soul in a position to freely choose to believe.
God offers the Word of God. (potential for faith)

If that Word is accepted?
It then becomes the person's faith's beginning.

So then, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word about Christ. ​

Romans 10:17

Faith is believing what the Word tells us, about what we can not see.

Nice to know that you're a firm believer in an efficacious atonement. That's puts you into the Reformed Theology camp under the New Covenant. That's the good news. The bad news, though, is there is not a shred of evidence that Adam repented and trusted God afterward, as there is for Eve.

Israel was a nation of fallen people.
Adam had a much easier job of being able to accept the truth and reject the lie.

As usual, my point fell onto deaf ears. Adam's "capability" was a TWO-WAY street! He had the capability to listen to God and obey, and the capability to close his ears and disobey.

I am not going to ask you how you misunderstood what was said, to throw that out, as to make you appear to be knowing something.

You are 90% facade and image.

You need a good teacher to fill you with what is substantial to be having integrity.
Life is not a written test to repeat the dogma one seeks.
Truth gives you living words to reveal life to those wanting it.

God created the world so that the knowledge of the glory of the Lord would fill the earth; notwithstanding your mancentric view. God always acts that He might be glorified. Surprised you didn't know this.

In fact they think of themselves as such goodie 2 shoes that they refuse to acknowledge that they were ever even a child of wrath, which is why they make fun of the idea. That while they are lying their face off, misrepresenting themselves, the Scriptures, and others.
