You're right.

I should probably join your gang, that believes you are smarter in understanding the Bible, more moral, and basically just better people than those that DON'T believe and accept Jesus Christ!

Otherwise, tell us WHY YOU chose Jesus, and THEY DIDN'T?

Are you wiser? More moral? a better person than they?

I'd really like to know.
Yep but not only that m he creates other user names to have arguments with the people he considers snobs who have him on ignore

" I pour out for you, but not Judas." @Rufus translation.

You are all over the place today. Nothing is about Israel and the Jews to everything is about Israel and the Jews.

The Lord Jesus Christ died for all.....We get this wrong, and we end up with a precariously stacked pile of :poop:.

Context means everything! The New Covenant was not made with each and every person in the world!

Also, you seem to forget that even Jesus himself acknowledged to his Father in his prayer that Judas was LOST -- on purpose no less! You know...CONDEMNED (Jn 17:12)? It was never God's intention to save Judas! For God had a different purpose for him -- just as He had a purpose for Pharaoh!

No you've got that all wrong.

Predestined = "to (yet future ) obtain a thing".

[Eph 1:11 KJV]
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated G4309 (to obtain it) according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated (the FUTURE REALIZATION yet to be revealed!) according to the purpose of him (this INHERITANCE a part of the plan of God from eternity past!) who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

These "THINGS" are predestined for us":

***************************************************************************

God has chosen ***THESE THINGS, namely*** blamelessness, conformation to His image, justification, adoption, obtaining an inheritance and glory ***FOR those*** who WILL believe, those who WILL CHOOSE to enter the covenant.

That's the gist of προορίζω proorizó, SG4309 .

And this term NEVER, EVER pertains to anything about God choosing any individual FOR SALVATION whatsoever and certainly nothing about "pre-birth Calvinistic selection" either.

The common error of mis-juggling the sequence and priority of terms and subjects and objects when presenting a thesis on "predestination" is really the problem.

Rom 8:29
For whom he did foreknow, he G4309 also did predestinate G4309 to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Rom 8:30
Moreover whom he did predestinate, G4309 them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Eph 1:5
Having predestinated G4309 us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Eph 1:11
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated G4309 according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

******************************************************************************************************

Act 4:28
For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before G4309 to be done.
(The cross, planned from before time, but by then had already arrived at the "destination/realization").

1Co 2:7
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained G4309 before the world unto our glory:
1Co 2:8
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
(The cross, planned from before time, but by then had already arrived at the "destination/realization").
Sir you have not once owed up to any error you've made here in weeks of making them everyday

Once again I will tell you all these messages will becoming from the lord delivering them a message in the first place.

And once again sir what was Paul set aside for in his mothers womb

I would agree with this statement, the offer is to all. But only those who have been chosen and drawn to Christ by the Spirit will be enabled to believe.

John 12:32
And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to Myself.”

John 16:8
And He, when He comes, will convict the world regarding sin, and righteousness, and judgment:

2 Cor 6
1 As God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 2 For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation! 3 We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no one can discredit our ministry.…

Jesus died for the sins of the whole world........meaning every single human being. You don’t have to wonder if Christ’s death on the cross really applies to your friend, your neighbor, or the stranger you meet on the street.

This is kind of a crappy comparison in my opinion because God when he picked isreal didnt condemn every other human on earth to die and burn in hell.
YES. Quite the contrary in fact. Israel was commissioned to become God's outreach ministry of SALVATION to the WORLD.

YES. Quite the contrary in fact. Israel was commissioned to become God's outreach ministry of SALVATION to the WORLD.

And now we are seeing the church fail. Just look at this very thread. 70-80% of the posts deter, hinder and hide the FACT that the Lord Jesus Christ died for ALL. And that salvation is offered to ALL.

No wonder the vast majority stay blind and deaf.

They confounded the wisdom of God!

Some hunger and thirst for righteousness, while many don't
Whereas all have an incurably wicked heart which needs to be replaced (with the heart one believes). You say
this happens upon obedience, whereas Scripture says the unregenerated (those controlled by the flesh, which
means those not indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God) cannot submit to or obey God. You present a catch-22.
It is
one of those several can't, cannot, is unable that so many turn a blind eye to so they can cling to their fantasy.

Philippians 3 verse 3; Colossians 2 verse 11; Romans 2 verse 29b ~ For it is we who are the circumcision, we who worship by the Spirit of God, who glory in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh. You were also circumcised, in the putting off of your sinful nature, with the circumcision performed by Christ and not by human hands. Circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code.

Paul called it skubala.

What is Gods "purpose?".......The Lord Jesus Christ.

1-Corinthians1-20-25.png

1 Corinthians 1 v 20-25 Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know Him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. Jews demand signs and Greeks search for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.

The new covenant was made with only 11 men. All others are grafted into the covenant through faith, and anyone who wishes to can join and be included in its blessings

We preach Christ crucified.

Reformed/calvie/tulip theory preach spontaneous combustion and spontaneous regeneration.

Reformed/calvie/tulipers all have a veil over their eyes.....🥲

Such is the consequence of their own will and desire, as they chose to reject those wise men and prophets God has provided for edification and correction...☺️

So therefore they have no excuse.

Since I'm on a roll with Judas, this brings to mind another recent post by a different newbie, I believe, wherein this person basically stated that if TULIP were correct then God would not be able to judge the lost fairly because He would be the cause of their sins by virtue of their rejection by God from the Covenant. Somehow God's rejection would be the primary cause of their sins! Let's examine this absurd premise briefly using Judas as an example.

Since Judas was a major actor directly involved in Christ's crucifixion, then Act 4:27-28 applies to this betrayer. This passage reads (in case anyone here is too lazy to read it):

Acts 4:27-28
27 Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.
28 They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen.
NIV

Evidently, God didn't just have a passive, prescience style "foreknowledge" of all the events leading up to the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. Rather, the emphasis in this passage is on God's prerogative. God's hand was as actively involved with Jesus' death, as He was direct involvement with all the evil that befell Joseph in the OT through the human agency of his brothers. With this backdrop in front of us, let's proceed with a couple of very sticky problems for FWT!

First, Jesus said it would have been better if his betrayer had never been born (Mat 26:24; Mk 14:21)! Yet...at the same time, Jesus' Father must have thought it was ultimately BEST for his glory and of the good of his elect that Judas come into this world.

But it even gets worse for poor Judas! Jesus, deliberately and with premeditation and with full knowledge of who and what Judas was, nonetheless chose him to be part of his close circle of disciples (Jn 15:16).

So...given the above biblical facts, how do they square with FWers lame, out-of-context interpretation of 2Pet 3:9, which FWers tell us that God is not willing that any human being whatsoever on this little green planet should perish but wants all in the world w/o exception to repent of their sins? It certainly looks like Judas was a notable exception to 2Pet 3:9, therefore, the "all" in the text cannot logically be understood as being in the distributive sense. It's a qualified statement that is limited to Peter's audience per the context of the passage.

Judas' existence was ordained by God in eternity, as was Jesus' choice of Judas for his inner circle, since Jesus always did whatever He saw his Father doing and whatever His Father commanded of Him (Jn 14:31).

Of course, the other huge problem for FWers is that they will need to explain how God could ever judge and condemn this "poor" devil Judas since this betrayer's eternal destiny was determined by God in eternity! As most of us know, there are a few OT prophecies regarding Judas, and these prophecies are not the mere products of God's prescience but rather of his sovereign prerogative! Again, see Acts 4!

And perhaps the biggest problem of all is how can God not be morally culpable for the murder of his only Begotten Son since He brought him into this world and decreed that he be part of Jesus' circle of disciples. Looks like the Father set his Son up for the kill, doesn't it?

I have another very similar problem to broach with respect to God's eternal decrees and judgment but that can wait because I predict no one will be able to address these two huge problems -- although I'm sure FWers will try with the best mental gymnastics and equivocating word salads they can muster.

Marvelous outreach in Jericho.
Wrong again little buddy lol.

Jos 6:1 - Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.

Everybody in Jericho who wanted to be saved were saved.

If course I already know that you do not comprehend the significance of this passage, as you likewise fail to comprehend most any other...☺️👍

So Jericho was an evangelistic campaign. Do you have scripture to support this?

Who wishes to when the natural man, unregenerated/not indwelt with the Holy Spirit of God, is hostile in his mind toward God?

mindofflesh.png

The mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace, because the mind of the flesh is hostile to God: It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God. Romans 8 v 6-8 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. 1 Corinthians 2 v 13-14

I told you men of the old t (prophet could not prophesize unless by the spirit.

Which means in all christians, they are now a type of prophet. In the sense that they have the lord speaking to them in there heart

In the old t they could only speak to the lord when he was near. Or when his will of the father pricked there conscience

The biggest value you should now be holding to prophecy is how the lord can enlighten your heart.

Because you should see at the very least but of the very most , the prophecy of the lord rising in your heart is for every Christian, this means his prophetic word lives in the hearts of all Christians,.which makes them messengers for God just like the prophets.

And plus your only a prophet at the time of speaking a lords message otherwise your child of God.
