Every believer has been given the Holy Spirit.
Not everyone learns to become one with the Spirit right away.
It takes making some mistakes to discover something about yourself that God wants to deal with.

Later, it turned out, that some decided not to be.

How an omniscient God can create everyone to be with Him?

When creating all mankind? Like He did in the incarnation? He chose to deny Himself his right to the power of omniscience.
And, then created all souls with one intention. That all would love God and worship Him.
After that phase of creation was completed?
He then returned to His full powers of Deity.
When that happened?
He agreed to go to the Cross to get back all that would become lost.
Then in his omniscience He saw those who would reject God.
He did not make them to not believe.
what do you mean be it's already true and it been true for centuries.

Well I would like to say it's been a good day for sharing God's word in this thread but sadly no.
It's been another day of un-answered questions from all the Calvinist bashers here.
I must have heard the word Calvinist used in access of 50 times in 50 different post, and every word of God used against these imaginary Calvinists that apparently exist in this thread, despite the people who are being accused of that saying in many occasions they not a Calvinist.
It's like listening to a needle stuck on record, and its also the same watching the word of God rejected in thousands.
of posts by the people wrongly accusing, and then they expect us to believe there word, I mean its absolutely incredible
