That's why I believe when a person says that they are pro-life but for the death penalty, I always think of how do they answer to being for the death of someone who might be innocent.

When I listened to this interview when he was running for POTUS is when I realized he wasn't against abortion like most Christians are. To him six weeks is too extreme but when ask about fifteen weeks(almost mid term pregnancy) he thinks that's closer to what he can make everyone happy with. I'll add this because it seems many do not know this but the average of abortions in the US are preformed by the 13th week (92.8 percent) and so if Trump is in agreement with 15 weeks being a better target for legal abortion it increases access to abortion by two weeks. Trump is a pragmatist. I don't know his true feelings on abortion, but he believes most Americans would accept 15 weeks.

It was actually a good move to send the issue back to the states.

But do you realize that 15 weeks expands access from what is already taking place? 13 weeks is the US average weeks that 92.8% of all abortions were preformed already. Adding two extra weeks is more not less.

So we need a plan B because it didn't make it go down like we wanted. All it did was determine medical procedures physician's could preform in a state because each state controls their medical licensing. On the evidence of two witnesses or of three witnesses the one who is to die shall be put to death; a person shall not be put to death on the evidence of one witness. -- Deut 17:6

I believe DNA evidence counts as one of those "witnesses."

I once read in comic book, maybe it was Donald Duck, standing trial in a third world country, where he, by accident, naturally, had committed a capital crime. The prosecution, the judge and the jury were all calling for the DP, but then, a defender entered the courtroom. Mr. Duck was thrilled and relieved by this and his hopes were high. The defender, on the other hand, laid out the defense strategy which simply was that the execution should be carried out immediately to spare the defendant from the agony of waiting for the axe to fall down.
