    Is the sinful nature true?

I didn't say he was hyper grace, but just that some his teaching has some of its elements. For example stressing identity as the way to overcome sin. I think there were some other things that struck me as being the same, but I can't remember what they were.

That means unlettered/unlearned in the traditions of the pharisees.

The whole known world was Hellenized. Why wouldn't they know Greek? In various parts of Europe today peasants know several languages. You learn what you grow up with.

    Is the sinful nature true?

Wow is this guy ever going to lead some people astray. He teaches some of the same stuff hyper grace teachers do. Whenever you hear someone teaching about identity, run, do not walk, away. FWIW, this guy was one of Todd White's mentors.

There would have been no point to write in Aramaic. That was the language of Palestine, and they were sent all over the Hellenized world to gather the lost sheep of Israel.

We don't have the original Hebrew manuscripts. The LXX predates the Masoretic Text by about 1000 years. Based on the OT quotes in their NT writings, the apostles obviously used the LXX, or a pre-Masoretic text that matches the LXX.

If there's apoint you're trying to make, I missed it. The LXX was used extensively by Jews during that era. The apostles quoted from it extensively.

I would say that you are quite ignorant. Here's a verse from the OT LXX that uses the two root words (άρσενος κοίτην; arsenos koite) of ἀρσενοκοίτης (arsenokoites) to indicate male homosexual sex. And whoever shall lie with a male (άρσενος κοίτην) as with a woman, they have both wrought...

If I was living in sin, I would want someone to tell me so. That's the golden rule at work. Also, we can control our own sinful behavior via the holy spirit. Everyone will have to answer for what they do.

    Why?

Actually I do. Let me guess... You're pro-homosexuality and will do whatever it takes to normalize it.

    Why?

Right, because you say so. G733 ἀρσενοκοίτης arsenokoites (ar-sen-ok-oy'-tace) n. 1. a male homosexual, sodomite [from G730 and G2845] Comes from these two words which together basically mean male coitus. (κοίτη is probably where the word coitus comes from through Latin) G730 ἄρῥην arrhen...

What are you trying to say? Paul was very clear that neither μαλακός (catamites) nor ἀρσενοκοίτης (homosexuals) would inherit the kingdom of GOD. Do you agree with Paul or not?
  17. HeRoseFromTheDead

    Why?

Yeah. What do you think sodomite means?
  18. HeRoseFromTheDead

    Why?

Right. That's why Paul said sodomites wouldn't enter the kingdom.

    Is the sinful nature true?

The first Adam hasn't gone anywhere. I have to contend with him every day. No outside force is causing that conflict. It's what I am in the flesh.

    Is the sinful nature true?

Oh no. Another identity faith teacher. Denial of the sinful nature. This is the first I've heard one of them say sin is an external source.
