If you memorized a poem written on that card and then posted it here in the Poetry forum as your own, or tried to publish it somewhere, that would be where the problem lies.
I watched a documentary once that showed that the "Titanic" wasn't actually the real Titanic, but a non-seaworthy sister ship or something that was made to look like the Titanic. And the sinking was on purpose. Very interesting.
