    Works Complete Faith?

Scripture relates the two but it does not equate the two. Again, you're conflating inappropriately. True, but not directly relevant. Yes... but the righteousness in which we live as Christians is not (literally) "the faith that Jesus exercised" nor is it imputed to us through "the faith that...

    Christ is God

Word order is different in Greek than in English. You have to know both languages in order to translate correctly. Simply looking at the word order in Greek is useless if you don't know how the syntax is structured. WilliamJordan said it much better though. See post 1877.

    Works Complete Faith?

When a man believes the gospel of Jesus Christ, God's righteousness (the faith of Christ) is given to that man. The man becomes justified. Only God's righteousness can justify a man. He is the Just and the Justifier of them which believe. "The faith of Christ" is not the same thing as "God's...

    Works Complete Faith?

The context does not support your interpretation. While your statements aren't wrong, they are unrelated to the verse. The "faith of Christ" in this context is not "the faith that Jesus exercised", but rather "the faith placed in Him". We are made righteous in God's sight directly by imputation...

I was praying for Marriage & had a vision of the ring on my toe!

Ask the Lord if the vision is from Him. Wait for His response. Don't speculate; that's a sign of impatience. If it is from Him, ask Him what it means. A bunch of random strangers on the internet can only offer opinions. If not, don't put any stock in it at all.

    Luke 7:36-38

Welcome to CC... It's a good idea to search out the meaning of the original-language words. We can get hung up easily on English translations that may (unintentionally) distort the original meaning. Bear in mind especially with the KJV that words may have had slightly different meanings in 1600...

I am a Christian who does not accept or follow Christianity.

Welcome to CC... What, in your view, makes a person a Christian in the first place?

We who are in Christ have been released from the Law.

No argument, but the Gentiles were never given the Law, and are not bound to it. John likely is not referring to the Mosaic Law here.

    Yawn.

We who are in Christ have been released from the Law.

Gentiles were not bound to the Law, but we were bound to sin.

I'm done with your baiting. You obviously want an argument.

Is the Ten Commandments the Law according to the Bible?

The Ten Commandments (so called) are part of the Law. The Ten Commandments are not a covenant, but again are part of a covenant of the Law.

    Works Complete Faith?

I agree with the definition given in Hebrews 11:1.

I am a Christian who does not accept or follow Christianity.

I would have to report him as a heretic, which I have not done.

    Works Complete Faith?

I assure you, I do. Perhaps you don't understand what I'm saying, because you keep referring to things I have not said. If you can't quote me saying it, I didn't say it!

I am a Christian who does not accept or follow Christianity.

What I mean is that he seems to be flip-flopping on specific issues. There is no need for you to assume that I'm attacking him, and attack me in the process.

I am a Christian who does not accept or follow Christianity.

He was fully human but He was also fully divine. If you are saying that Jesus was only human and not also divine, you are making a heretical assertion.

    Works Complete Faith?

You are making completely groundless assumptions and are so far off base that you're over in the next county.

I am a Christian who does not accept or follow Christianity.

One moment you seem to understand the truth, and the next you clearly don’t.

What does the "It" refer to?

If that’s all He meant, then He wasted the little breath He still had. I believe He was declaring that the work His Father assigned Him was completed: the work of fulfilling the Law, defeating the devil, overcoming death, and opening the way of salvation for all humanity.
