I agree that scripture is harmonized, but we cannot take specific passages and apply them erroneously to make them say something they do not.

God wants His people to speak with Him about all things with an open and receiving heart. Speaking the same thing over and over or by repetition makes one an automated system and not a being made to have communion with Him.

My intent was to start a conversation with regards to a specific topic. Could I be wrong? Of course. Do I believe there is sufficient evidence to support my claim? Yes. It’s not a matter if I’m right or if I am wrong. It is what it is.

I tend to believe literally when scripture calls for it. Do a lot of people have a subjective view of certain passages, of course. The real question would be to what evidence is there to support their view.
