Thanks. There was some inclination that I didn't do works by someone but hey, it's all copacetic. As long as my Savior knows my heart, that's all that counts. Bottom line is that what's in our hearts is what counts most.

Nowhere did I say in my last post that I "do not work" for the Lord. What I said was that I received a blessing when I needed it most without having to "work." Point being, blessings are freely given by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we need them and sometimes when we do not deserve them...

Over and over in my devotions I read about people trying to do good works enough to wipe out their sins. No way can any of us do enough good works to cleanse ourselves.

Anyone can "believe" in something. I believe in certain things I see but that doesn't mean I accept them. Of course of one accepts Jesus Christ, they would have to believe He exist. Acceptance is the key word for me in the process of salvation.

Salvation is free. The work was done by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He offers, we accept. Why do some try and make this into a complicated configuration? Simplicity. Christ did it all. Our only part is to Accept.
