Do you have examples which show that it was common to forecast or say that a daytime or a night time would be involved with an event when no part of a daytime or no part of a night time could be?

But why did they specify 3 daytimes and 3 night times as it was to apply to the Messiah? Was there something particularly meaningful about that period of time with regard to Him?

But nothing is said there about 3 daytimes and 3 night times being involved, only that 3 calendar days would be.

But the number of daytimes and the number of night times to be involved are not stated.

To all: But why did it need to be 3 days and 3 nights? Was there something meaningful about that timeframe?

When responding to the Pharisees' request for a sign, why do you suppose the Messiah made the specific point that He would be in the "heart of the earth" for 3 days and 3 nights?

Exactly what punishment did the Messiah take that would otherwise have to be taken by us?

So why do you suppose Genesis says that He did if He didn't need to?
