    Loss of salvation???

How about we say Eve was naive and ignorant. She had not been around as long as Adam and didn't have as much reference material to draw on for good decision making. I don't believe she was dumb in the sense of intellectually sub par. We can all "appear" dumb if we don't have enough information. :)

    Loss of salvation???

It's fine but you should have explained yourself as to why you were posting what you did. Within the context of the discussion you appeared to be thinking that I considered Christ somehow "lost His Deity" during the Incarnation as the other poster did. It's all good. I assure you, I believe...

You don't say with what you disagree.

    Loss of salvation???

You shared scripture all pertaining to Christ's Deity without comment. What am I meant to think after someone else accused me of denying Christ's Deity? Don't make assumptions people will understand your meaning if you don't explain yourself. :)

    Loss of salvation???

Here is another who wants to make it look like I am saying something I'm not. Jesus is God, always has been God, always will be God. Your incapacity or unwillingness to understand one can continue to be something yet not function in that capacity is what hinders your comprehension of what I...

    Loss of salvation???

I have never said Jesus stopped being God. Your inability to comprehend how He can be God who is all knowing and yet lack knowledge is what you fail to explain. I'm not ignorant of the facts, I'm simply not buying your interpretation. I find it illogical. Have a nice day. :)

    Loss of salvation???

What makes you think you have all the understanding? As far as I am concerned you are showing little understanding of what is actually being said but rather making assumptions about what we mean. I'm not going to continue arguing with someone who can't even get what I'm saying in the first place.

    Loss of salvation???

Based on what you have said so far? I'm not surprised. :)

    Loss of salvation???

I know the process. You are not listening. On one hand you declare Peter saying He knows all, while on the other you declare that Jesus is allowed to lie because of a human process. Either, Jesus in His humanity knew the day but lied about it or He didn't know the day because His omniscient...

    Loss of salvation???

He never stopped being God. He stopped functioning in His own power as God.

    Loss of salvation???

    So you think God died?

    Loss of salvation???

What you have said here makes no sense. It appears you are content for Jesus to say He did not know while at the same time knowing all things? How does He, God the Son who is omniscient, not know when He will come for His bride?

    Loss of salvation???

You missed what I said. I wasn't talking about us experiencing sinless humanity, I was talking about our humanity experiencing God.

    Loss of salvation???

There can always be more to a story, doesn't necessarily mean the more is correct. What I bolded is your opinion but I disagree. Only humanity could die for humanity and only God could save. It is not impossible for the function of His Deity and humanity to work separately otherwise Jesus...

    Loss of salvation???

It was that thinking that got us into this mess in the first place. ;) Christ's humanity is united to His Deity in a way you and I will never experience. We will not be God.

So now you know everything I think? Strewth! There's one in every crowd. But hey! Always look on the bright side of life, right? Nothing like a good sing song while you're being tortured.

    Loss of salvation???

Christ was forsaken for three hours while our sin was on Him. He was not utterly forsaken forever. Once our sins were dealt with, He was restored to fellowship because He had no sin of His own. God the Father was not forsaking His Christ, He was forsaking us in Christ. We, all humanity, were...

    Loss of salvation???

Of course it is more complex. Christ's humanity is unlike anything we can experience. Either Christ was truly forsaken on the Cross or He lied or was wrong when He cried out asking why He was forsaken.

    Loss of salvation???

Is that suppose to be a joke? Was Eve's conversation so boring it was like talking to a dead person?
