I don’t think driving under the influence of something is funny.
Looking in hindsight the sheer stupidity of my action are ridiculous and I give myself remission to laugh at my foolishness. I'm don with beating myself up over the past. I can now move on and concider it a lesson learned that's what the steps teach us to do. Life goes on... We can for give ourselves and why not? We have been forgiven by God why should we be our own enemies?

I'm not really good at a whole lot. I'm good at physical labor for work and stuff.
I can definitely relate to stories of dangerous activities to distract yourself, especially when you feel like there's no reason to go home.... I suppose I was lucky enough to find activities that I was actually good at though. For me, nothing is more satisfying or productively time consuming than achieving "My Own" personal goals that I set for "Myself"! I've always been able to work harder, faster, longer than those around me... just to silently prove to myself that I'm better, stronger, and have more integrity than those weaklings who just complain all day long. I guess what I'm trying to say is that perspective is everything. Instead of dwelling on what everyone else makes you feel like you can't do, focus on what you CAN do just to spite them! If you let THEIR complaints and criticisms dictate how you feel about yourself then THEY win. But, if YOU continue to follow YOUR OWN path and achieve what YOU WANT then they can't touch you! There's obviously no reason to be like everyone else..... EVERYONE ELSE IS AN A$$HOLE! As evidenced by how much they criticise and complain. FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO BE CONTENT! We Christians are in this world but not of it. Need proof ?? Christ Himself was the original politically incorrect bad boy who was crucified for not being like everyone else. Read Mathew!

Yeah it is a lot of complaining and everything. I'm tired of it. People always have to have someone to hate and it always changes from one person to the next. I just try to not care.

You have to live your life. You are not in this world to live up to other peoples expectations.

No, it sounds to me like you turn your hatred inward and upon yourself! Which is precisely the way most who just criticise WANT you to react... STOP THAT!!!

If I have that attitude I'd just drink all the time and get high and not work or anything.

It's better than hating them. I mean if I love them I'd rather destroy myself than hate them.

Can you not get away from them for a while. It sounds to me like a toxic environment is not good for you.
It's not really people I am around most of the time now idk. I don't really remember what I was upset about when I started this thread.

I'm okay right now. Still drink regular. I mean idk.
Well just let me ask you this then.... STRAIGHT UP! Are you sincerely reaching out... or do you just want someone to pat you on the head and tell you everything is going to be OK? I've read through a couple of your posts now and you just keep repeating, "idk, idk, I just can't think, I feel so tired, nobody really cares, I want to die..." Look, you've actually found a great forum here! But, if you truly want anything out of it then you're going to have to get real! I can only make you one promise... right or wrong, if you'll be straight with me then I'll be straight with you. Ask me anything you want.
