You can make the same statement another 2 dozen times. You're not changing the facts nor what I said. If you can put your vote being Harris, you cannot be a Christian. It is not possible. Her views are radical. You can't justify voting for her and being a Christian. Feel free to explain how you think you can. No one yet has proved me wrong.
Can you please point to me in the Bible where it give you the authority to judge my life?

She is judging you by your support for the evildoers. If you expect to vote for Harris, then it is a vote for Satan. So if you are indeed a Christian you will need to reject Biden-Harris-Walz totally. Harris and Walz are Communists with extreme Leftist agendas.

So would you say McCain changed from a centrist to a full on conservative when he chose Sarah Palin and then back to a centrist when the campaign ended?
I actually agree with you. McCain was a moderate Republican considering the left and right perspectives collectively.

To the Republican base, their perception was that he was a Rino and more aligned with a Democrat (even though they nominated him). To the Democrat base, he was a right-leaning centrist who is respectable but not really aligned with the Democrat party. McCain mostly knew this so he had to pick a candidate that was more right than he was to obtain more reach of supporters.

The Democrat base is so far left that relative to it, Kamala is viewed more as a centrist (collectively speaking). The far left Democrats are actually unhappy with her... NOT for the same reasons Republicans are unhappy with her, but because she doesn't go far left ENOUGH. For this reason, I think that is why she chose Walz as he is the clearly far left candidate that will appeal to the broader Democrat base.

To Republicans, of course Kamala is a leftist Democrat, but when we look at it relative to her party, she is more centric/to the right of it only because the base ran even further to the left in recent years.

McCain was a Rino. He didn't change anything. He voted for Obamacare. He went to England to retrieve the bogus information in the Russian hoax. He was a fraud.
And Harris hasn't changed. She's always been a radical leftist. If you are politically astute, why is this news to you? Have you seen her voting record? She is just doing what all lefties do shortly before elections...lying. She is pretending she is moderate and lying about her former positions.
Can you please name some of her current policies that she’s running on that you believe are “radically left” ?

She had the most liberal voting record during her time in the Senate. She was more liberal than Bernie Sanders. That's not centrist. The idea that she isn't a liberal loon is ridiculous.

To make one more point, this is one of the big reasons that Kamala would not stand a chance in a Democrat primary. This is why I like to mention she is being "installed". The base doesn't really like her. Come Nov., they are voting for who they believe is the lesser evil (between her and Trump). She threw them a bone by giving them a far left VP.

Two things can be true. She IS a leftist loon (from my perception), but she isn't the progressive poster child for progressivism by any stretch. Jeffrey Dahmer has a bad criminal record, but Mussolini has a bit more extensive record, no? Both were evil serial killers though. I think you're missing the point of relativism I tried to make.

Running on? She's lying about her positions. She is for Medicare for all and ending private insurance. She is for banning guns. She is for letting prisoners vote. She is for raising taxes. She is for abortion without limits, including letting babies die after botched abortions. She is for transgender surgery for minors. She is for men competing against women in women's sports. She supports homosexual groups and marriage. She supports DEI rather than merit based organization. She supports Hamas and the annihilation of all Jews. She supports illegal immigration and citizenship for all illegals.
I'm sure I missed something. But if you think the lies she is telling the American people now that these aren't her positions are true, you are politically unaware.

I get the point, but she's both. Her voting record was more liberal than Bernie Sanders.

You know people like us, that are political are in the minority. Most people are just trying to pay their bills, Take care of their kids and make it to work on time. The majority of people don’t think about these things, and the only thing that matters to them is how the leader of the country, makes them feel.

Trump has continually proven to be bad for the morale of the country. His negative interactions with the press and negative campaign strategies are wearing thin on the non political Public. Who may have felt like Trump made them feel good in 2016, but did not feel uplifted during his presidency or his current campaign.

And that’s why I’m voting for Harris , because I believe that she will be better for the countries morale. If you listen to her, you may disagree with her, however she is uplifting and positive .

Maybe if Trump loses, and the nationalist element of the republican party, dies out and more sensible Republican leaders step into place then Inand others will care more about the actual issues and consider candidates on both sides of the aisle.

Paris is going to maintain the status quo she’s not going to make any radical changes.

Trump is bull in a China shop and if he gains the support he needs he will have leverage to make some very radical changes.

I don't care what she says she will do, I look at her record as well as what she did as VP.

I appreciate your response in why you want to vote for Kamala. I won't flame you for disagreeing as you have been quite nice and civil in talking with me. This is sort of a loss art sadly. I will, however, explain why I disagree (respectfully).

I actually don't vote primarily based on my feelings. I strive to go the pragmatic approach as to how the country can move closer towards my personal ideals. I'm just one person, my vote doesn't matter much, but I want to use it in support of someone who champions nonetheless.

If I am voting off feelings, I would probably just vote for Bernie Sanders even though I disagree with him quite a bit on policies. To me, he seems to speak genuinely... I believe he cares for the people though I disagree with his ideology on how it's best TO serve them. He started championing progressive ideals before they were even popular... The left would use his views to try to alienate him away from the party. The elites in the party colluded in 2020 to take the Democrat primary away from him because he was running away with the nomination... So they had everyone drop out of the race and endorse Biden. He didn't protest or complain, he just took it and turned the other cheek. I actually felt terrible for him... especially since I thought he was a better Democratic candidate than Biden and Clinton (2016).

Unfortunately, I disagree with Kamala on almost every major issue ranging from abortion to continuing to give arms and money to Israel and Ukraine. I actually liked Trump before 2016. I've seen every episode of the Apprentice, I think he is hilarious at his rallies, and I even laugh out loud when he is so hyperbolic he is simply not telling the truth. In short, he makes me feel way better than Kamala does... but that isn't and shouldn't be the reason I vote for him. I should only vote for him if I believe he can contribute to making the world closer to my ideals. It just so happens my ideals align with my Christian beliefs.

Why wouldn’t you want your neighbors to have adequate health care?

If prisoners can’t vote, that means that their rights can be taken away. If rights can be taken away, they’re not rights their privileges.

I am cautious when it comes to her stance on gun control as well.

As it stands we have a Candidate who may have some radical ideas that you and I disagreed with against a candidate, who tried to steal the US election out in the open. We as Americans have a duty to protect our democracy and vote against the candidate that tried to steal the US election.

I wasn't aware he tried to steal the US election. I believe they tried charging him for insurrection, but he was never convicted of that either.

Do you believe the DOJ has treated Trump like they would have any other president or citizen of the US? If not and you believe they have been a bit more harsh, does that bother you?

The whole world saw it, there’s no spin that’s going to change the facts. You can believe whatever you want but it doesn’t change reality.

I believe that public servants should be held to a much higher standard then private citizens. He should be judged even more harshly for his crimes.
