best if folks would keep the discussion close to the thread topic
intent -
biblical support for the Ball Earth model.
This is my interpretation of the thread title:
If no one can offer
any biblical proof/support for the Ball Earth model - then, I think the thread topic has most definitely served its purpose very well!
I am not suggesting a mandate for the Bible to contain any such proof/support; however, since all-or-most will agree that the 'picture' that the Bible "paints" leans very heavily in the Flat Earth model direction, it stands to reason that it is the 'default'/'normal' place to start from. Hence, the thread topic intent is to show that - unless actual biblical support for the Ball Earth model can be shown - it is then-and-thereby resolved-by-default that there is none.
