I can't seem to nail down a really good answer to this. I know this is what God required, but why did He require it?

“Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine:
the soul that sinneth, it shall die.”
Ezekiel 18:4 KJV
“For
all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Romans 3:23 KJV
Jesus died to fulfill the curse of death upon every sinner. If he would have sinned he could not have risen from death because all who sin are condemned to death as the first scripture shows
death is only the product of sin, Jesus had no sin so death had no legal claim upon him. If we die in sin we’re lost , if we die without sin death has no claim on us by Gods word
Jesus sinless life is counted for us d our sinful life was why he died. He rose because of his righteousness fryer he died because of our sins. He entered death on our behalf but death had no claim on him because he had no sin like we do
“Then said Jesus again unto them,
I go my way, and
ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for
if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”
John 8:21, 24 KJV
if we reject Christ who himself became that perfect sacrifice the. We can’t have our sins remitted and we will die under that sentance of sinners
on the other hand if we believe
“To him give all the prophets witness, that
through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”
Acts 10:43 KJV
if we believe in Christ our sin is remitted through his death (he took our place ) so Gods word was fulfilled about sin and death in Christ. What this means is we die without sin and death cannot claim us because already Gods word of sin and death was fulfilled
“Know ye not, that
so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Therefore
we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Knowing this, that
our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.”
Romans 6:3-4, 6 KJV
We died for our sins in the body of Christ when we joined him in baptism his perfect life was given for remission of our sins so when we die death has no claim on our soul
We needed a perfect sacrifice in order to give us life after death. Through remission of sin
Adam caused this for all mankind
“Wherefore, as
by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
Romans 5:12 KJV
And Christ did this for all
“Who
did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”
1 Peter 2:22, 24 KJV
if you die and have no sin your actually alive and with the lord but if you die in sin you end up in the spiritual death of flame
a perfect man had to die for the sinful men or they were all Lost to death but because he had no sin it was not possible for death to hold him
“Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.”
Acts 2:24 KJV
and his offer is that he will remit our sins . him who did that for us lived without sin in a sinful world if we repent and believe the gospel. So when we die it’s not possible for death to hold us either
a perfect man had to redeem sinful man from sin and death
