Dave there will be a future plan to build in Jerusalem, I believe this will be associated with Judaism's mass propaganda on their awaited upon Messiah returning?

This Judaic Messiah will be the future, Man of Sin/The Beast/The Antichrist

Possibly you dont believe in a future literal human (Man of Sin)
Scripture does not condone this. But many are trying to make it happen. And that's why they missed the kingdom altogether and have rejected Christ. Following one of their own invention.

You simply disregard what Nehemiah6 said and keep saying the same thing you were before.

The Hebrew is literally "seventy sevens" - then the reader must decide what the sevens are. The KJV translates it as "seventy weeks". You decide that the "weeks" are weeks of days when the text does not say this.

I could use your reasoning and say something like this:

The scripture states (Seventy Weeks)
If Daniel meant 490 days he would have written
(Four hundred and ninety days), simple!

What he wrote was "70 sevens" (or "weeks") - but is it weeks of "days" or "years"?
And to answer that question is a fair debate - but please do not say the Hebrew text states 490 days because it does not state this!
The Hebrew is (Shabua) that is translated into (Weeks) representing the literal seven days of creation.

This same Hebrew word (Shabua) was used in Daniel 10:2-3, will you claim Daniel mourned and fasted for (Three Weeks), with this representing (Twenty One Years) "Big Smiles"!

Below in Daniel 10:2-3 we see just another example of Daniel's literal weeks, as Daniel mourned and fasted for 3 literal weeks or 21 days.

Daniel 10:2-3KJV
2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

There's no other way to view the written numerology below, other than (Literally)

If Daniel meant 490 years he would have written

(Four hundred and ninety years), simple

Daniel had no restrictions in "Writing" exact numerology as seen below.

Daniel 6:1KJV
It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom;

Daniel 8:14KJV
And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Daniel 12:11KJV
And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Below in Daniel 10:2-3 we see just another example of Daniel's literal weeks, as Daniel mourned and fasted for 3 literal weeks or 21 days.

Daniel 10:2-3KJV
2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weekswere fulfilled.
I have told you already that there is a distinction between narrative and prophecy, but you don't seem to be interested in admitting your oversight. Your position is flawed to the point of folly.

Just because Shabua seems to mean "days" in Daniel 10:2,3 does not mean it means the same in Daniel 9:24-27.

You use context to try to prove that shabua means "weeks of days" in Daniel 10:2,3. I agree with you here.
Some of us here are trying to show you that we think the context of Daniel 9:24-27 proves that shabua here means "weeks of years". You do not have to agree with us.

I have shared that (Seventy Weeks) means (Four Hundred Ninety Days) not (Four Hundred Ninety Years)

You dont seem to be able to comprehend the very basic's of biblical interpretation.

You don't seem to be able to comprehend the basics of English punctuation, but I don't hold that against you.

Here's a basic principle of biblical interpretation: determine the genre of the passage, and interpret accordingly. You're treating narrative and prophecy the same way... erroneously.

Scripture does condone a future human man (The Beast/Man of Sin) and a literal 3.5 year great tribulation, with literal plagues, as seen in Pharoh's Egypt.

I don't reject the Lord's spiritual kingdom alive and present, Jesus is now on the throne in his kingdom.

However the last enemy "Death" is alive and will be defeated in the "Future" at the second coming of Jesus Christ

Literally, no. But prophetic language is not always literal, and that is where your approach has led you astray.

Was John the Baptist literally Elijah? No, yet Jesus stated plainly that JtB was the Elijah to come.

Daniel 9:24-27, Seventy Literal Weeks Explained?

Daniel's 70 weeks are literal 7 day periods, or 490 literal days.

If Daniel meant 490 years he would have written

(Four hundred and ninety years), simple

Daniel had no restrictions in "Writing" exact numerology as seen below.

Daniel 6:1KJV
It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom;

Daniel 8:14KJV
And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weekswere fulfilled.

Below in Daniel 9:24-27 we see 70 literal future weeks or 490 days.

When the call/commandment goes out in Jerusalem to build unto the Jewish Meshiach/Messiah that they wait for (They Denied Jesus Christ) this will start the 7 week period.

62 literal weeks will be in building, and Meshiach/Messiah will be cut off by the Antichrist who stops the building.

The 70th literal week will see the antichrist revealed in making a covenant, and in the middle of this literal week he proclaims to be Meshiach/Messiah God to the Jews, and Jesus returned to the apostate church, to start a Millennium on earth.

The 3.5 year tribulation has started.

Daniel 9:24-27KJV
24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

LOL! I said I would not be back, but I couldn't let this one go!

If the author had intended for it to mean 490 days then he could have written it that way - but he wrote literally seventy sevens (weeks) shabua!

If Dino is beating a dead horse, you are beating the skeletal remains of the horse!
