The context is the New Heavens and New Earth (see vs 4-5, connected to Daniel 2:37,44, 7:14, etc, and Luke 19:12; Revelation 21:2), wherein dwelleth righteousness, and purity, not sin and decay:
The "wine" there is the fresh juice of the harvested grape in the New Heavens and New Earth, in the land of Holiness.

I showed you a passage that clearly said people were to eat their tithe, which could include strong drink, (one of the tithes) and you said the tithes were for offerings to the Lord.
It doesn't matter what it says, you just add paragraphs and paragraphs to argue that it means something different to do away with the idea of the Bible allowing moderate drinking.

Notice, the connection between "wine and milk". Both are speaking of the direct 'fruit' or result of harvest, not a fermentation process. Neither are speaking about sour milk or 'sour wine' (alcohol). It is even connected to the pure and fresh 'waters' and good 'bread' (not rotten, moldy) and that which is to truly 'satisfy', not alcohol which cannot ever satisfy (just ask any lush, drunkard), and connected with consuming that which is "good", and not of the "vine of Sodom", the "poison of dragons", for "delight" and not "woe" (Habakkuk 2:15; Isaiah 5:22):
The "milk" is the sincere word of God (Isaiah 28:9; 1 Corinthians 3:2; Hebrews 5:12; 1 Peter 2:2). The pure juice of the grape (the true 'wine') is the life of Christ Jesus, and His pure ways and doctrine (John 15:1; Deuteronomy 32:14).

Solomon is speaking about enjoying the goodness of life for the sake of its own goodness, in the days of vanity (if there is no God and judgment he says, but he knows there is), in the good things (wife, fresh oil, white clean garments (unstained), and the fruit of the harvest, the grape juice:

(alcohol is actually dehydrating, and causes sorrow, woe, etc. but the fresh juice of the grape is invigorating, life-giving, filled with nutrients, phytochemicals and tastes really good, and is like medicine, for healing)
