codswallop (Lol. Yes. A Flapdoodle is (was) pretty much a limp and lethargic Whangdoodle, known for fiddle-faddling about! :p )

balderdash (I've heard of codswallop, but I don't think I've ever used it! Those sorts of Whangdoodles must be/have been easy to catch. That might not make the best of pies though!)

(I think the one thing I like about airports is watching all the strange people. Different clothes, different behaviours... Sometimes I will see the odd one who doesn't know (or doesn't want others to know?) his gender, but I consider that kind mentally affected, rather than just different or strange. Also I like watching people depart or arrive. Despite their differences, some things remain the same.)
Yes, people watching is very interesting. I live in a small city in a pretty conservative area, so airports allow me to see a lot more of a variety of people than I normally would. Of course, there are strange people where I live just like anywhere else. It's just easier to spot them at the airport.

twaddle (Oh yes. Those flapdoodles were very easy to catch. Problem was that no one wanted to get his hands dirty - I mean - even less so than with your average Whangdoodles. I don't think anyone ever figured out how to bake a tasty flapdoodle pie...)

baloney (Baloney! I bet I could! Pie mastery!!)

(I think of blimps as how travel was supposed to be. Like ships of the sky. They travel slower than planes, but they get there eventually, and everyone has had a good rest with plenty of space, and minimal use of fuel. The means of transport is for the middle class that should have been, but isn't. Think 1940s to 1960s era. The thought reminds me of the movie The Rocketeer. I think I would be a bit more nervous on a blimp that I am on a plane, just on how well the non-floating parts were connected to the floating parts... :) )
I find this very interesting. I wonder if a person could live on a blimp? I suppose after a while, one would want to come back down to Earth though. I'd at least like to experience a blimp. Have you ever seen one up close? I haven't.

I went to a hot air balloon festival once in order to catch a ride, but then a storm came and that ended that.

malarky (Well, it isn't like you would have experienced the pie anyway. I have promised to not bake you any Whangdoodle pies!)

thunderation (Lol. Whangdoodle and I just don't go. Despite the deliciousness of the pie. And yes, that poor Whangdoodle's tarnation was totally beaten out of him. Hence the term, thunderation, to describe the process of a tarnation being beaten out of something or someone.)

petulant (I would never defile any of your pies with Whangdoodles! It would be beneath me! And I wouldn't beat the tarnation out of the pie either, that would ruin it. However, I do beat the tarnation out of things like fudge icing for chocolate cake or dough for stromboli. I'm very fond of my homemade stromboli, therefor it must never be defiled with Whangdoodles either!)

uptight (Probably that is why your pies taste so delicious? But I am grateful that you would never defile one of my pies with Whangdoodles. Or your stromboli! Now I know that is untained, also. :p )

edgy (I put importance into the things I cook bake/cook. It really makes a difference in the taste. Seriously! lol May I ask, have you had/you like stromboli?)

vexed (Yeah, I agree. When one puts one's heart into something, one produces a work of love, not merely a work. I think I have had stromboli, although I didn't know it was stromboli when I had it!)

distress (What you say is true and perfectly spoken/typed! Let me acquaint you with some of my stromboli...)
