That awkward moment when you realize you actually sat here and read through Chrissy and Descyple's posts (while eating fudge striped shortbread cookies) :D
 
That awkward moment when you were caught staring in the distance thinking too much and someone of the opposite gender walks into the direction you're staring and someone says,"Randy's checking out that girl!"

That awkward morning when you are up early in the morning for work but you aren't quite awake yet, and you get a bowl of cereal and then put the milk in the cabinet and the cereal in the fridge...

I've put my phone in the fridge, shoved my empty bowl in my purse, threw the cereal in the sink, and put the milk on the shelf. I realized my mistake after I looked in my purse for my phone and only found the bowl. I had already left the house at that point.
 
NOT, related to my last entry. That awkward moment when a guy you went to church with gets busted for possessing a meth lab because it blew up...

Duuuuuuude! Is it bad that I laughed when I read that?

About 5 or 6 years ago I was sitting on my couch, watching something stupid on tv when I heard a huge BOOOOM! Because I'm me (and according to my bestie I don't fear enough stuff), I didn't get up and investigate. It turns out that it's good I didn't leave my house because three doors down (across the street from the high school) a huge meth lab blew up. The roof was literally blown off and there was tons of meth laced smoke barreling from the house.

Ahh, Modesto... how I loathe thee. Modesto is 90 miles from San Fran, Sacramento, Fresno, and Sonora. We are a massive drug running town (my dad was a big part of it, actually he probably still is) and making meth is a big deal here. Well, making it is not as prevalent as it was a few years ago, but drugs pour through this city like a sieve.

I know of Modesto just because of Monsters Vs. Aliens, which is one of my kids favorite movies.

But just to give you an idea, this is the second Meth lab that blew up in the area in the last six months...and two years ago we had three blow up in a six month period just in my town...so top that one!

That awkward moment when you put "awkward morning" instead of "awkward moment". Oh well, it still sorta worked out. :D

That awkward moment when you burn your tongue and then it feels all fuzzy.
 
that awkward moment you stick you finger in a light socket, and as your on the floor thinking about why you stuck your finger in a light socket, you realize it was just for the sake of sticking your finger in a light socket.
