You accept a specific understanding of scripture based on faith and then assume that your understanding must be correct. I study as deeply as I can, trusting God to direct my studies. Now since we both trust the spirit assisting us in our understanding, how do you distinguish between spirits sent by Satan and the Holy Spirit? Remember, Paul tells us that the gifts of the spirit can be faked, so I trust that you are not relying on such.

If you’re so scholarly, you would know where those verses are!! You don’t have to be a rabbi, or preacher today to understand His word, it’s written.

True, but it helps to know which Greek words in the NT that we really do not know how to translate. We can know that they mean something along certain lines based on their roots, but we do not know exactly what they mean. Likewise, we know that certain things were true based on what the gospels and Acts say, but reading the epistles tells a different story. The gospels and Acts were written for outsiders more than insiders, the epistles were written for insiders not outsiders. Do you trust what is told to the insiders or the outsiders?

Jesus did fast literally, as the Scripture states, for 40 days and 40 nights. For this time period He was tempted by Satan.

Where in the whole Bible does it say that spiritual fasting gives life? Jesus gives life, believing in Him and doing His will gives life.

With the conversation of Jesus and Satan with regards to fasting. You can observe that there is a different understanding.
For Satan: Jesus is literally hungered and so he tempted him to convert the stone into bread (literal food)
For Jesus: He is not hunger for literal food but to spiritual food (words of God or to the truth in the words of God)
MATTHEW 4:2-4
2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The truth in the words of God is considered as spiritual food. And so Jesus did spiritual fasting. If spiritual fasting produce the truth in the words of God and the truth in the words of God gives life. Therefore: Spiritual fasting gives life.

This kind of understanding is coming from God alone.
PROVERBS 2:6
6 For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

And those people who humble themselves could only the one who receieve the understanding from God.

There is a plethora of Scripture in the New Testament that warns us from falling away. It would seem you have rejected them and the warnings.

Sadly, ik of many people who no longer have faith. These people are eternally lost….
The parable of the sower helps I think regarding this subject. In the second example people believed for a while, bit in the time of testing they fell away. It concerns seed falling on shallow ground.
Suppose a young person is forced to go to church by their parents. They make some friends there who are all committed christians, they don't want to be the odd one out so on that basis they make a commitment to though it is obviously a shallow one. And because of the shallow commitment they fall away when the time of testing comes, they only believe for a while.
However, in the third example of the parable, people constantly get side tracked from the path they should be on by worldly things. Jesus didn't say they fell away, but never matured. You mature by evermore practising right from wrong.
You could say, one group had osas and one group did not

There is no scriptural evidence for this claim.

“The Son of God” is not a role, but rather an identity.

There is no such thing as “spiritual fasting” in Scripture… not in Jeremiah 15:16 or anywhere else.

“The law” here is the law given to Israel, not a reference to fasting.

That isn’t even a complete sentence. Honestly, you don’t have enough understanding of the English language to debate these matters.

The verse says nothing whatsoever about spiritual fasting, so there is nothing to know.

This whole post is a good example showing why you should not be sharing comments about Scripture. You don’t have a clue what you’re talking about.

There is no scriptural evidence for this claim.
Even you memorize the entire holy bible, you will never see the evidence.
As long as your recognition to Jesus is not a revelation from the Father (Matthew 16:15-17) then you will remain spiritually blind as the Scribes & Pharisees.
JOHN 9:39
39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.
40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

“The Son of God” is not a role, but rather an identity.
Same with this.
Since your recognition to Jesus is coming from a man only. You will never understand the 2 roles of Jesus

Look at Simon Peter. His recognition to Jesus is from God the Father and so the 2 roles of Jesus revealed to him.
First Role: The Christ
Second Role: Son of the Living God
MATTHEW 16:15-17
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

That is why in your case. Because your recognition to Jesus came from a man only.
The identity of Jesus to you is just a Son of the Living God. And so you are asking Jesus to save you as Son of the Living God whereas in his 2nd role as Son of the Living God, he can't save you.
JOHN 5:19
19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

Lord Jesus ordered Apostle Paul to write Romans 7:14 to give a warning on all followers of Jesus Christ generation by generation.
To remind everyone that the human intellect will not work in the words of God because they are spiritual words.
God only who know the meaning of the spiritual words. And so Jesus revealing the meaning of the spiritual words.
MARK 4:34
34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Example of this is Temple:
JOHN 2:19-21
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

“The law” here is the law given to Israel, not a reference to fasting.
In your case you are referring to literal physical Israel.
But according to Lord Jesus Christ, the spiritual law is for everyone
GALATIANS 3:28
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

It's up to the readers whom they believe.
YOU: Romans 7:14 is just intended for literal physical Israel.
JESUS: Romans 7:14 is intended for everyone who want to follow Jesus.

Our Lord Jesus Christ gave us a great warning about False Christ & Prophets

MATTHEW 24:23-24
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

1 Jn. 4:1-4, any spirit that denies Christ's incarnation is of the devil, any spirit that confesses Christ's incarnation is of God.

It's up to the readers whom they believe.
YOU: Romans 7:14 is just intended for literal physical Israel.
JESUS: Romans 7:14 is intended for everyone who want to follow Jesus.
If you think that is what I believe, then quote me where I wrote it. Otherwise, don’t put words in my mouth.

I trust in God giving us what we need.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
‭‭II Timothy‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

So I would say…All Scripture. :)
However, I do think some books cater to either Jews or Gentiles, but we should know all of them. If we are not Jews, then Gentile (meaning non-Jews).

Yes most all of the parables are about the kingdom of God. Well done!

However there is only those who believe and those who don’t. If you don’t maintain your faith, by reading His word and living His word, you can fall away too. Many have! This negates OSAS.

Absolutely, as the second example of the parable shows, well done!:
But my righteous[g] one will live by faith.
And I take no pleasure
in the one who shrinks back.”[h]
39 But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.

Yes I do understand the phrase “spiritually hungry”. Jesus went off to the desert many times to pray and perhaps fast. However, the above WAS a literal fasting that only He could’ve accomplished, because He is God. And yes, we are to hunger for His word. His word is health to our bones.

You’re right! However, there is always a caveat. God knows your heart.

If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.”

“Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭2‬:‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

If we sin and don’t repent, you can lose your soul.

At the time this was written, the NT was not considered scripture, parts were not even written yet. But since you wish to emphasize the "all", does that mean you accept the Quran and the Upanishads as inspired by God as they are also called scripture by some? On that point bear in mind that in verse 15, immediately before this verse, he referenced the "HOLY scriptures", almost as if he was distinguishing between the Holy scriptures and other scriptures, which leads to another query, do you even know what Paul considered scripture?

Likewise, you are translating "theopneustos" as "by inspiration of God", which is a possible translation, but unclear as to whether that is the correct one, nor can we be certain as to exactly what Paul meant when he decided to invent this term rather than use the previous term. Personally, knowing the previous term and its connotations, I suspect he invented a new term for political reasons, what is your opinion on that?
