Who's harassing who? Donald is openly admitting he's a military dictator and wants the military in US cities. He tried using the national guard but was thwarted by the courts; but he hasn't given up. He wants the military on the streets of US cities (blue cities actually) because it "looks better" and makes people afraid. In case he hasn't noticed, the ICEIS paramilitary goons are already loose in MN, but do the people there look afraid?
