JESUS TAUGHT ALL OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
Jesus did not set the commandments aside. He taught every one of them, and asked to keep them if we love him. He either quoting them or explaining their deeper meaning. the examples below are not the only ones for each commandments, could anyone find the other ones Jesus spoke about for each or
just some of them? i will add them to the list.

1 — “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”
Jesus said the Father alone must be worshiped.
Matthew 4:10 (ASV)
“Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”
2 — “Thou shalt not make idols.”
Jesus warned against serving anything besides God.
Matthew 6:24 (ASV)
“No man can serve two masters… Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
3 — “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.”
Jesus taught that our words to God must be true and not empty.
Matthew 5:33–34 (ASV)
“Thou shalt not forswear thyself… But I say unto you, Swear not at all.”
4 — “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.”
Jesus kept the Sabbath but taught how to keep it with mercy and truth.
Mark 2:27–28 (ASV)
“The sabbath was made for man… the Son of man is lord even of the sabbath.”
5 — “Honor thy father and thy mother.”
Jesus affirmed this command directly.
Matthew 15:4 (ASV)
“Honor thy father and thy mother.”
6 — “Thou shalt not kill.”
Jesus quoted it and showed its deeper meaning.
Matthew 5:21–22 (ASV)
“Ye have heard… Thou shalt not kill… but I say unto you, that every one who is angry with his brother shall be in danger of the judgment.”
7 — “Thou shalt not commit adultery.”
Jesus also showed the deeper meaning of this command.
Matthew 5:27–28 (ASV)
“Ye have heard… Thou shalt not commit adultery; but I say unto you, that every one that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
8 — “Thou shalt not steal.”
Jesus repeated this command when speaking to the young ruler.
Matthew 19:18 (ASV)
“Thou shalt not steal.”
9 — “Thou shalt not bear false witness.”
Also repeated by Jesus.
Matthew 19:18 (ASV)
“Thou shalt not bear false witness.”
10 — “Thou shalt not covet.”
Jesus warned against desire for riches and greed.
Luke 12:15 (ASV)
“Take heed, and keep yourselves from all covetousness.”
Jesus did not abolish the Ten Commandments.

He confirmed them, explained them, and taught people how to keep them from the heart.
He summed them up into two. Love God, love your neighbor. Much harder than any of the ten.

How "christian" of you. If you believe in the one he sent then you also need to believe what the one he sent said, Matt 7:21. People with adequate reading comprehension take that to mean just speaking with your mouth won't get you to the kingdom but the one who does (verb, a word used to describe an action) the will of my heavenly father
When you ask a disrespectful leading question like you did, why do you think you should get a respectful response?

Summing the Ten Commandments does not remove them at all. He did it to show that all laws come from love: first to God, then to our neighbors. The proof is that He taught every one of them and said to keep them. They are the covenant. It is your choice to agree or not, but do not delay. The end is much closer than people think. Prophecies are being fulfilled as we speak. Just look at the world events. Do not delay.

It's not a misleading question and it's disrespectful only because you don't want to answer it. I've heard this same sad thing for years that all one need is to believe. Well if you believe then you must believe what's said and what is said is DO (again a verb) the will of the father. Faith alone is not sufficient.

How many times do you people need to hear that no one believes in works based salvation? Do you ignore that on purpose? James is clear, you see then that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. Please don't waste your time telling me the words don't mean what the words clearly say.

Will God send a person to hell for obeying Him? They seem to think the answer is yes. 😵‍💫

You don’t read too good, and apparently neither does 2ndTime.

He did it because a list of dos and don'ts that no one can follow perfectly was insufficient. Loving God, and loving your neighbor with the power of the Holy Spirit is.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. John 10:27-28 says otherwise.

For the 1000th time we aren't sheep. He gives us eternal life but we have to accept it. No will snatch them but people trample on the gift of salvation all the time. We turn away no one plucks us from his hand.

For the 10,000th time we are sheep. We accept it because He changes our spiritual nature. We can't turn away completely because no one (not even ourselves because we are someone) can pluck us from His hand.

For the 10,000th time we are sheep. We accept it because He changes our spiritual nature. We can't turn away completely because no one (not even ourselves because we are someone) can pluck us from His hand.

Jesus sheep have special characteristics He teaches that His sheep come to Him because the Father gives them to Him. He said, “All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out” (John 6:37). This means the people who truly belong to God are the ones whose hearts are open, honest, and ready for the truth. They belong to the Father first, and the Father brings them to His Son.

These sheep hear the voice of Jesus. He said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). They listen to His teachings, accept His words, and understand that His way leads to life. They follow Him because they trust Him. They do not follow false teachers or false paths, because Jesus said, “A stranger will they not follow… for they know not the voice of strangers” (John 10:5).

Jesus knows each one of His sheep personally. He said, “I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me” (John 10:14). His sheep keep His word and stay close to Him. When Jesus prayed to the Father, He said, “Thine they were, and thou gavest them to me; and they have kept thy word” (John 17:6).

These sheep come from every place on earth. Jesus said, “Other sheep I have, which are not of this fold… they shall hear my voice; and they shall become one flock, one shepherd” (John 10:16). This shows that His sheep are not defined by blood, nation, or culture, but by hearts that listen and obey.

The Father gives these people to Jesus because they are willing to walk in truth, and Jesus promises to protect them. He said it is the Father’s will that “of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing” (John 6:39). He also said He gives them eternal life and that “no one shall snatch them out of my hand” (John 10:28).

Jesus also makes it clear that many are not part of His flock. He told the religious leaders, “But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep” (John 10:26). Their refusal to believe and obey showed that they did not belong to Him. He warned everyone, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father” (Matthew 7:21). Many speak His name but do not follow His voice, so they are not His sheep. Jesus said again, “He that is of God heareth the words of God. For this cause ye hear them not, because ye are not of God” (John 8:47). This shows clearly that those who reject His words do not belong to Him. He also warned that “wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby” (Matthew 7:13). These are the many who choose the easy road instead of His narrow path of truth and obedience.

The teaching is clear and complete. The Father gives His sheep to Jesus. They hear His voice, follow Him, keep His word, and trust His guidance. But many refuse His teachings, choose other paths, or do not want the truth. Jesus said these are not His sheep, because only those who listen to Him and follow Him belong to His flock.

I Am the Good Shepherd (John 10:1-21, ASV)
1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he that entereth in by the door is [a]the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 When he hath put forth all his own, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. 6 This [b]parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
7 Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that came [c]before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may [d]have it abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep. 12 He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth them: 13 he fleeth because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me, 15 even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must [e]bring, and they shall hear my voice; and [f]they shall become one flock, one shepherd. 17 Therefore doth the Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again. 18 No one [g]taketh it away from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have [h]power to lay it down, and I have [i]power to take it again. This commandment received I from my Father.
19 There arose a division again among the Jews because of these words. 20 And many of them said, He hath a demon, and is mad; why hear ye him? 21 Others said, These are not the sayings of one possessed with a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?

Some are, some aren't. Those who are always are. Those who aren't never were. Nowhere in scripture are we called to be sheep inspectors.

the point is that many who think they are sheep, are not, I am not pointing at you.
