Before the laws were given to Moses, that incest wasn't unlawful just like homosexuality wasn't. Which homosexuality was a punishment from God to make fools out of a nation. that no one will follow their ways.
Lot gotten his daughter pregnant and they name that child Moab that he started the Moabites clan. And God chosen Ruth to be a part of the bloodline of David which means that clan wasn't considered to God as lawbreakers because it had happened before the laws were given to them.
In the verse it mentions why God made the Sodomites homosexuals. It was because of their wickedness that God didn't want it to spread and to prevent them from populating.

this is easy to understand. think of adam & eve. 2nd, think of them having kids. 3rd, their kids were the only kids on earth. 4th, God said to multiply. 5th, adam's kids united with each other to produce more kids. 6th, if God didn't allow them to unite, how would mankind populate the earth? that simple. later on, about 1,656 years later, there's something about when sin became to rampant, that's when God called all relative romance off.

There was no divine law against incest before Moses gave the law. Nor was there any divine law against theft or sabbath-breaking, or lying. When societies noticed a pattern of degeneration among the progeny of siblings, societies made incest taboo. God codified it as selfish behaviour in the Mosaic law.

Adam was formed/made from the dirt/dust of the earth. He was all male/man. Eve was formed/made from one of Adam's ribs. She was all female/woman. Just exactly and precisely like the Bible tells it/us.
