4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years,

this is not showing All are given eternal life, or all are saved, like Christ stated in a few places -- it is the few that find Life.

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished,
This [is] the first resurrection.

and the rest the dead do not live again until after the 1000 year rule of Christ -- now read Ezekiel 37

the rest of the death come back to flesh and blood and are judged. this is the 2nd resurrection to judgment.

6 Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

it does not states those in the 2nd resurrection are exempt from the 2nd death

Yes all that have ever lived will get their one chance for salvation, this time now is not the only day salvation is offered.
the second time is after the 1000 years.
