The Penalty of death applies to all 10 of the Commandments.
Where is it stated the penalty of death no longer applies to the Sabbath Commandment?
In the Torah there are penalties for physical sins. Physical sin not covered by the 10 Commandment do not impose the penalty of death, just physical punishments.
All spiritual sin carries the penalty of death, which is why Christ had to die.
I can find nothing removing the penalty of death for breaking the Sabbath Commandment.
If you have found it, I would like to see it.
