I don't know this Dr and haven't vetted his info, but a quick search brought up his video with his suggested doses.

Yes... but you still gotta be careful with man processed foods (yes, anything changed by machine, is processed)... is it the real thing, what are the ingredients used to "hold it all together", etc... oh, btw, thanks for that link. :D

I was thinking about your suggestion when I opened a container of coriander seeds for my spaghetti sauce. I took a handful and ran it through my coffee grinder with peppercorns.
I better start using that more.

OOOOHHow did that turn out??? Coriander in spaghetti sauce. hmmm i don't care for pepper though. it's got too rustic a taste for me.. if that makes any sense. lol

I don't like this latest brand of tricorn pepper like the other brand. This has the weird rustic flavor that reminds me of deer hide, until you cook it. I know what you mean. That scent wouldn't allow me to eat black pepper for years until I changed to the better mix with green and red pepper corns.

The coriander has a lot more flavor after grinding it.
The sauce is much better.
One thing I like to do when I find a better quality coriander is to lightly toast it in coconut oil in the frying pan. Then add it to salsa to double the flavor.
