The nastiness in this thread, ongoing and openly opposed to anyone asking questions or disagreeing, is indicative of another spirit. There is no kind of love that Christians should have for one another (not that I am the best example) that should allow someone who swings at everyone who asks questions of them and continues to post conspiracy after conspiracy with no real proof that these things are true, then think it indicates someone who operates in a way that they believe they are 'special'.
God is not a respecter of persons.

We do have different opinions and maybe even strong beliefs about something, but writing that God will avenge the person who disasgrees with you? koo koo The best remedy is always prayer, not revenge against someone. I could write more than one story about people who think God is 'on their side' and somehow the rest of us are watching from the sidelines.
That is not God. That is not who He is. This is not the Old Testament here and we are all supposed to have the Holy Spirit living inside of us. So then, is God somehow fighting against His own Spirit here?
Yes, I do believe God can and sometimes does work on our behalf to deal with situations with those who oppose Him to begin with and not everyone who works in a church or is on the board is put there by God. That's a problem; BUT to basically aim a soulish prayer at someone and use God's name? I would be very very wary of that person and yes, I would pray about that, but to God and not use soulish prayers because God knows each of us intimately and what is in our hearts. I would not dare go before God with selfish motives but I do pray what is on my heart and I trust That God knows me well enough that I can be completely open and frank with Him. That, is actually a big comfort to me.
Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah Pslam 62:8
