I don't use logic, I use HIS WORD.

No reason to debate logic against HIS word, it's not going anywhere.

You follow your logic I will follow HIS word, two different roads.

Best of luck.
Straw man argument. You simply QUOTE His word then you apply your own personal logic and EISEGESIS to His word. Believers don't need luck when they have Jesus. (1 John 5:11-13) ✝️

That's quite the ad hom diversion from explaining your methodology re: endurance. I'm sure you know that I and very likely others can see what you did and what you left out - maybe from lack of knowledge - maybe from personal agenda.

Hecklers heckle, which is to say they DO as you have been DOING, which is not an attack on your character. You play the victim card much too easily.

I let JESUS do the talking and keep my opinion out of it.

Believes like you need luck for someone to soften your soil so you will accept HIS word.

Just believing isn't enough you have to be humble and OBEY.

Your opinion gets in the way of Jesus talking. According to Jesus and John, believing is enough to be saved (John 1:12; 3:15,16,18; 6:29,40,47; 11:25,26; 1 John 5:4,5,13) because the OBJECT of our belief is enough to save. (Acts 4:12; Romans 3:24-26; 5:9; 2 Corinthians 5:21) You seem to believe more in personal obedience/works for salvation over believing exclusively in Jesus Christ for salvation.

Best of luck, we have been here before.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

You really don’t grasp flawed reasoning. That’s exactly the dilemma I mentioned earlier - expecting sound reasoning from someone unable to recognize it - which is why your methodology for selecting those endurance passages remains avoided and instead you put forth more flawed reasoning, slightly backpedaling, but still avoiding.

1 Peter 1:23 - having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever. ✝️

You do know what the first four words say right, which is your problem if your not born again that verse has nothing to do with you.

More false accusations from you. That seems to be your go-to when unable to deal with insurmountable evidence you find yourself facing. I clearly stated that those passages are not prerequisites to salvation retention for us who are of the body of Christ today and ever since the fall of Israel.

Rhetorical accusations in the arena of falsehoods seems to be the only way you desire to converse on topics where you find yourself faced with inconsistencies in your flawed theology. Labels projected in a negative light seem to be the only weapons in your limited arsenal.

Go figure. Business as usual from your home front.

I was born again several years ago, so no problem for me.
If you say so.

I thought you said you were not baptized in JESUS name to get rid of your sins?

And you never said that JESUS filled you with HIS spirit like in Acts 2:4.

But that's between you and JESUS.

This is what you call idealism

What that is called is turning your back on JESUS so JESUS turns HIS back on you.

If you have been reborn, repent, get baptized in JESUS name and JESUS filled you with HIS spirit then all that same person has to do is REPENT and confess his sins to JESUS and HE will forgive you.

Acts 2:38, 1 John 8

Additionally, yes, endurance is a good thing, even under commandment, but coupling that to salvation in any way, as is the practice of some, I absolutely question.

No God says anyone who destroys the temple where the spirit resides he will destroy them

A person could get angry with God as cited in the bible and they can go astray from the faith, but if they are spiritually indwelled they will return.

If a person doesn't return at all they where never spiritually indwelled in the first place.

God can see your future, do you really believe he's going to fill you with the spirit, knowing you don't want to ? I don't think so.

Do you think God is going to save you, knowing that you will one day walk away

I don't think think so.

Do you really think God has a tiny pea brain that lives a box for you to control his way, his words his actions, you either don't feel that loved by God to say these things or your just another free willer

I’m bypassing your other recent post - the flawed reasoning is an endless loop, as I explained.

Yes, endurance is good - it’s commanded of and instructed for believers and is thus part of genuine faith and the process of our salvation. Your phrase "even under commandment" is disconcerting.

You’ve still not explained your methodology for searching and listing the NT passages on endurance, so I take this avoidance as a refusal to clarify for whatever reason.

So you don't believe in free will.

When I married my x it was for life time, almost 20 years one day she said she's leaving. She had a boyfriend and she left.

I married again for over 20 years now am I still married to the x?

Dude PEOPLE CHANGE and those who had the spirit goes back to their normal life of sex drugs and rock and roll he spirit WILL NOT FOLLOW it will leave them.

Do you think JESUS is going to stay inside of you and watch porn with you????

Your the one putting JESUS in a box.

Have you received the Holy Ghost since you have believed?

Acts 19:1And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

HOW WERE YOU BAPTIZED? Was you baptized in JESUS name?
