That just explains the condition of sin. It doesn't say you can't understand the Gospel.

It says IF.
Saying IF at the beginning of a statement means just the opposite of what the sentence says.
Are you on purpose ignoring the IF to make it mean what you want?
How is ignoring the IF obeying God?
If you are laying on the ground, and the doctor asks you to hold your arm out so he can inject you with the antidote needed to save you from a poison you accidently ingested?
Did you save yourself by holding your arm out?
so the word if means a person can't have inner darkness ?

Im not gonna get into replacement theory or graftin in or out. But even jews aside in the church age Gentiles mean every single other human on earth.
Let me use IF in a sentence for you.
IF I hit you it will hurt.
Now, did I say I am going to hit you or did I say IF I hit you?
See how IF changes things and you are completely ignoring that GOD uses IF for the beginning of the Verse.
err your not making much sense, 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 starts of by saying if our gospel is veiled being stated by a believer towards unbelievers who the gospel is blinded to.
The believer say it is veiled to people who are spiritualy blinded by evil, darkeness, inner darkness.
The gospel is not just text it's the living word of the lord, the light,.
And the darkness has never understood the light.
The light is hidden to the darkness as the darkness can not see the light, and the deeds of the darkness are seen in the light,
The fact God starts with IF tells us that everyone can understand the Gospel because Jesus said whosoever believes will be Saved.
Tell me is there a difference in meaning between the 2 sentences I am presenting?

There are four class conditions in the Greek to the word always translated "if".
Do you know if it was a first class condition? 2nd? 3rd? 4th?
Knowing the correct condition could turn someone's pet interpretation on its head.
Amen and how they're presenting the Verse that begins with IF doesn't mean how they're trying to make it mean. They're completely presenting man made doctrine not Biblical truth.
Actually there's other options for IF but that's not what you presented.
But I do know there's optional meanings and that is why I am debating them because each meaning proves how they're presenting the Verse wrong a multitude of different ways.
I dont know Greek or anchient Greek. I will trust God's word isint fooled by a man's inability to translate the word if. When he wrote it in English. The language i understand.
yeah, the "if" is there because "it IS hid to them that are lost" and is not hid to those who aren't lost, hence, the "if".
The reason we know this is by the "in whom the god of this world HATH blinded the minds of them which believe not"
and by the "lest the light of the glorious gospel hath blinded" and "SHOULD shine unto them" if not for the god of this word
