Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

John 17: 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
This is what I live for, to explain God and our reality to those whom God chooses to understand and accept. I give all honor and glory to God the Father who is the only one true God and who commands all, including Jesus whom He sent. Please reply to this post and I will respond with what I've learned from the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the Bible, history, using common sense logic and rational thinking. I am offering a true understanding of what is really going on and I want zero credit for this explanation. I don't seek honor or fame or recognition. My job on this earth is to spread what is given to me so that God can choose who will get to know Him and receive eternal life. The road to damnation is wide, and the road to salvation is narrow and few are those that find it. A precious gift has been given me and I live to do His will which is helping people to get to know Him.

Exodus 23:5 5 If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

(It's very tempting to leave the asses of those who hate us to lie under the burdens they have created - sometimes themselves, by their own lying - but God's kindness and His expectation for us to follow His example is seen even in the Old Testament).

One of my favorite passages is:

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And lean not on your own understanding
In all your ways acknowledge Him
And He will direct your paths."

- Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV

Love God's type, 1 Cor 13:4-7 is for us all. Now for me I had to get gvien this while never giving up on God to teach me what is true love for us all as said there in 1 Cor 13:4-7. I asked for the imputation of that Love, once I saw I, me can't do it perfectly as is done by Son for us all first. I saw get out from underneath Law and now uphold Law, trusting God Father and Son as Won (One) I, have never heard God say to me I have to do, (People do that). I have heard over and over it is my choice given me to choose God's love to lead me too. The same as Son did first, willing to die. John 16:33
see it willing, are we? I am learning g this daily remembering it, now less and less troubles over fear.

2 many can compete for #1. 1 of them: 1st John 5:13: "these things have we written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that you may know you have eternal life & that you may believe in the name of the Son of God".

Believe God in Son is risen, see from God this amazing rest for us to stand in, and be new, focused on God Father and Son ass Won (One) for you too, wow as in Isaiah 6:1-7, thank you Father, thank you Karlon and all that have chosen and all that will choose you too Father

Leviticus 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy.

Lately it’s been Matthew 7:23. I have no clue why but I tend to gravitate to it every time I open my Bible. It’s a good reminder of something I never want to hear. I tend to gravitate towards scripture that can be scary. Maybe it’s the Spirit reaffirming my fear of the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 12

13 Here is my final conclusion: fear God and obey his commandments, for this is the entire duty of man.

It's not so often one stumbles upon the meaning of life......

I clearly remember reading the Bible the first time as a child, it was Genesis Chapter 1. It was out of curiosity of course, and after I read it, I knew it was the word of God. I put it down and didn't pick up again for many years, but it definitely left impression on me for the rest of my life.

I just don't see how any one can read the Bible and not understand the power of it's word, I don't even know what I believed as a child as far as doctrine, but could sense the Bible was a meaningful book. Did I believe in God as a child? Absolutely. If you questioned me, but I could hardly defend what I believed, or even knew one Bible verse. As a child, church doctrine didn't mean a whole lot, it was just faith in God, and that was pretty much it.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

The entire duty of man is to love God the Father first and all others as one loves himself. Read post #3
