It could offend people which is why you like to do it.

And your a repeat offender willfully offending makes you not a good person

And He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before thee; and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee, and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.”

all the first 3 acts say what he will do before them the last act says what he will show on them mercy


This passage you missed, this is his mercy now in them


Deuteronomy 7:2

New International Version



2 and when the Lord your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally.[a] Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy.

God is telling his people to not show any mercy to them


Does this not mean they have mercy in them ?

I mean I can't see it saying they have free will in them can you ?
