Romans 1 - 18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness. 19 For what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse.

21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but they became futile in their thinking and darkened in their foolish hearts. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools, 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images of mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

24 Therefore God gave them over in the desires of their hearts to impurity for the dishonoring of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is forever worthy of praise!f Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27 Likewise, the men abandoned natural relations with women and burned with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 Furthermore, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, He gave them up to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant, and boastful. They invent new forms of evil; they disobey their parents. 31 They are senseless, faithless, heartless, merciless.

32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things are worthy of death, they not only continue to do these things, but also approve of those who practice them.
Calvinists love casting all men into condemnation and death, much like Satan....🙃

Thank God the Lord Jesus thinks otherwise and wills that all men be saved.

[Jhn 8:44 KJV] 44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Here's the deal. This is why people do not want to believe that they are wrong doctrinally and theologically. One, they don't want to believe that they're not saved, because most of these people believe they are. So if they admit that they are believing something that is false doctrine, they would have to admit that they're actually lost and were never saved.

Number two, the reason why they don't want to believe that is because they may have had dear friends or loved ones to die believing the false doctrine that they believe.

Number Three, if they admit that what they believe is false and is essential to cast it away, then that means they would feel like they're condemning their family or friends who believed in what they now know as false doctrine.

Number four, maybe they've had a dear and good friend to teach them, and they take everything that he or she says as the truth. And yet, their teacher says that Calvinism is true, so that would mean that everything that they've been taught by whoever, was not teaching the truth and was teaching falsely. They don't want to think or admit that they've been duped, that they've been conned, that they've been lied to.

And lastly, it is the fact that people are blinded by pride, misplaced loyalty, emotion and fear.

These are the plainest and simplest reasons right there.
Also
-too fearful and slavish to leave their brackish backwater doctrinally dead Church
-they actually love error, lies, and deceiving hapless biblically illiterate yokels
-Just plain stupid with extremely poor reading comprehension and logic
-sheer laziness, unwilling to put in tough hours of independent study, and dig until they hit bed-Rock

And never forget this principle:
People who's life trajectory is hell are by inclination motivated to drag others into the pit with them.

[Pro 8:36 KJV] 36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.

@cv5, depending on who you talk to, certain Calvinists will admit that not believing Calvinism is a salvation issue, as it doesn't determine one's salvation. How would you respond to that?

(But if having different views on this isn’t a salvation issue according to some, then why does it matter if people disagree?)

Overcomers break free from endlessly regurgitating bogus Calvinist dogma and come to realize Biblical truth. And likewise realize the beauty of it and the sinister origin and nature of the counterfeit.

That being said, deepest condolences for your sad predicament....🥲

Got to get over it.
They are not going to make it.
They only produce wood, hay, and straw.

Yet, 1 Corinthians 3:11-15, says that they will be saved in spite of it.

For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw,
their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be
revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has
been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. If it is burned up, the builder will
suffer loss, but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.
......

The real problem is that TULIP impugns the character and love of God.

That was Scripture I posted, inspired by the Holy Spirit of God, which you liken to Satan.

But, no surprises there. You blaspheme God with frequency and ease.

You have that in common with other FWers!

@Magenta : Good one, sister.
You are welcome. It is amazing how many Christians do not believe what the Bible says.

They go on and on about this or that teacher they have spent countless hours listening to so they can contradict
what the Bible says, or some other old dead guy, someone else they are constantly maligning, often dishonestly,
as if those things were more important than what is written by inspiration via the Holy Spirit of God. They wax
near poetic on their opinions, on and on they spew their opinions, while denying what Scripture says.
Have you noticed this at all, Douglas?

@Magenta : Yes, I have started to notice this recently, Sister; And thanks to JESUS, via you and Brother Jordon, I've now finally seen the LIGHT: for good, this time! So thank you, sister.

@OLDBUTNEW, you are Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde when it comes to this matter. One day, you believed in free will, and then the next day or two, you said, I guess I might be a Calvinist then. Then, you went back to believing in free will, and if I recall, you said you’d always be in the free will camp. And now you’re back to saying you’re a non-free willer. This is less than a week, or maybe a little over that you have quickly changed, and it makes me wonder if you’re this fickle about other things. I’m honestly not surprised you changed positions, given your history on how quick you are to change sides from what little bit I have seen. The non-free willers position cannot be met biblically. What is sad is that you know all of this and you have decided to go back to believing in not having free will. But in order to do such, you would have had to freely choose to use your free will to believe there is no free will! It’s such a nonsensical belief, and you’re falling for it. Indeed, the heretics are rubbing their fingers and smiling knowing they have led another away.

@Blue155 : I don't quite know how to reply to this! But thank you; I'm sure!

Magenta and Jordon are leading you astray on this topic by doing the following: They are cheating you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ (Col. 2:8).

You are being tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting (Eph. 4:14).

They might not be deceitfully plotting, but their beliefs involve the trickery of men.

Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines (Heb. 13:9).

That includes Calvinism, non-free will, and every other unbiblical view.
