Although I have not ever been given a dream, vision or prophecy concerning a meteor or comet hitting the Atlantic ocean or about an earthquake hitting the west coast or about ten suitcase nukes going off, that is not my specialty. I have long stood on Peter's word that the prophecies in the Bible are the more sure word of prophecy.
Based on those words I have come to the conclusion, and you can quote me on this, that the US is the Great Babylon. Just like you can have multiple identities (Father, son, brother, soldier, etc) the US can also have multiple identities. We are both the one nation representing Jesus Christ as a Christian nation and at the same time we have become the Great Babylon. I believe the record in the Bible on this is clear and indisputable. Even though individual verses might also refer to Jerusalem, the Vatican, even London or Iraq. When every verse is looked at there is only one place that can meet all the criteria and that is the US. For example, Babylon is the Land of Shinar, meaning the land of two rivers (Tigris and Euphrates). That does not apply to Jerusalem, or the Vatican or to London. But it does apply to the US as we have two great rivers that completely transverse the US (Missouri and Mississippi). I could provide a long list of examples. The prophecy is clear that the judgement on the Great Babylon takes place in a single hour. The description of this is both as a stone sinking in the ocean and as smoke rising from her burning.
Second, I have come to the conclusion that the judgement on the Great Babylon is similar to Elijah calling down fire. I believe this event is what kicks off the seven year tribulation. This is why people cannot realize the flood is going to hit right up until the day it starts raining, the collapse of the US in a single hour will be a massive crisis to the entire globe.
According to the prophecies three horns are uprooted and replaced by the "Little horn". This means the horns that are uprooted are bigger than the little horn. Since Revelation does not mention the US I believe the US is one of the three horns that is uprooted. I also believe China will be the second horn uprooted. These are the two undisputed superpowers, for Antichrist to rule the world as a dictator from a country in Europe you would have to remove both the US and China from the equation.
Also in order to have the mark of the beast as the one world currency you have to eliminate the US dollar as the reserve currency.
We are also told as a result of the collapse of the Great Babylon that the merchants of the world and the ship captains stand afar off and watch her burning. That eliminates Iraq, and the Vatican. The merchants of the world will not care if either of those two were destroyed. As for London the sun set on their empire 75 years ago. Also it can't be Jerusalem if this is what kicks off the 7 year tribulation, the conclusion of the seven years focuses on Jerusalem.
I could go on. The 34 prophecies about this are, in my opinion, simply a confirmation of what the Bible says.
Watchman Nee taught that the Vatican was the Great Babylon. But that is because he was teaching prior to WW2. At that point in time there was no reason to even consider the US. The Vatican being on seven hills was a powerful correlation. But today the US is on seven continents and we have military bases in 51 countries on six of the seven continents and a total of 587 overseas sites. No other country comes anywhere close to that. In fact you could add up the overseas bases and sites of every other country and we are likely to have more than them. At Watchman Nee's time the Vatican made sense, but not today.

You can claim that Jerusalem has that, Vatican has that, and London had that as the country that first sent out missionaries. But the US has distributed billions of Bibles worldwide and no one else can make that claim. Second, we give them a cup of gold (the word of God) but it is filled with abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. That is our movies, music, and multinational corporations. This eliminates Israel. Yes, the Vatican does produce a few movies, and Britain did have a music industry, but these are small potatoes to what the US is now. Babylon is the mother of harlots, so there are many harlots, but only one Great Babylon.
Of course the one thing everyone associates with Babylon is Babel where God cursed them by causing them to have many languages. What city on earth is known for having the most languages spoken in that city? NYC.
What city rules over the kings of the Earth? That would be "King dollar" which depicts Washington DC and also NYC on the various bills.
