According to about 34 different prophecies:

A large asteroid will hit the Atlantic ocean creating a tidal wave that hits the east coast of the US.

Jeremiah 51:42 "The sea has come up over Babylon; she is covered in turbulent waves".

This event (asteroid hitting the earth) will coincide with a huge earthquake on the west coast.

65% of the population of the US lives within 5 miles of the coast. After this event those that are not killed will become refugees fleeing inland.

There will also be ten suitcase nukes that go off in the US. In Revelation 18 they see the smoke of her burning and stay afar off. This will make many of our major cities uninhabitable and it will cause the entire electric grid to go down as all it takes is to destroy 10 substations to crash the entire grid.

Once the electric grid goes down the US government estimates 90% of Americans will die.

At this point the only thing of value will be food. Everything that needs refrigeration will be gone in a week. So canned goods would be one of the primary sources, especially if you have no way to cook rice and beans.

Your $100 gift card will be worthless if I win. That is a dumb bet.

Second, it is misleading to say I would win as I have not made any of these prophecies. I have considered the people who made them to be trustworthy. I don't know all 34 of them, but I have read enough of a few of them to feel they are trustworthy.

Third, if I am right it would be so horrific for those left behind it will be evil to be taking anything from them. So the thought of this bet is repugnant.

There is a verse that says we should pray that we are not giving suck or with child when this happens. So how old does a child have to be that you can flee into the mountains without that child being a burden? Seven? That means you would want to be warned at least eight years before hand so that you were not with child or giving suck to a child when this happens. God is merciful, if we need an eight year warning that the day of the Lord is at hand He will give it to us. The Revelation 12 sign in the heavens was in 2017, eight years ago. That was a crystal clear warning that the events in Revelation 12 were upon us.

Speaking of healthcare premiums, I keep hearing they are going way up. Will that mainly be premiums for Affordable Care Act coverage? I recently found out my healthcare premium is going up $63 a month in 2026 for family coverage (for retirees). For several years it only went up like $20 a month every year while still working. I may have gotten off easy compared to others. :unsure:

I believe that is correct.


  • Under President Biden’s American Rescue Plan (2021) and Inflation Reduction Act (2022), the ACA subsidies were expanded, lowering premiums for millions of people.
  • Those subsidies are set to expire in 2025 unless Congress renews them.
  • Democrats warn that if they expire, millions of people will face large premium hikes — in some states hundreds of dollars more per month.
    ➤ So when Democrats say “premiums are going sky high,” they often mean:
    “If we don’t extend the subsidies, people’s costs will soar.”

What they really mean is Big Insurance needs more kickbacks so that they can inevitably gouge the price anyways.

First, my $100 gift card means that the intent to honor my word to you is valid. So the 100 dollars is to show the value of this honor, with whatever 100 dollars means in the future in your doomsday scenario.
So if one goat is worth 100 dollars in your future scenario, i will attempt to give you one goat to honor my word.

Second. i completely lost sight here that you always and i mean always have made this point about being The Messenger and you're kind of like Switzerland and i like that about you and respect it. So this means that you win this round because i completely sight of this and my response should have been silent to you because these are not your ideas that you present here. They're someone else's ideas. So i shouldn't have engaged with you because these are not your ideas.

Third, i don't think you have been in a war zone have you? Cos i mean you speak a lot of theory, but the reality is completely different.
I have been in a war zone actually so the idea of preparation is a comforting thought but the reality is that you have to do the best you can with what you got, because now it's peace and quiet and the next moment you have an explosion nearby.

So, in summary i shouldn't have engaged in this bet with you because these are not your ideas that you present but someone else's ideas.

It seems like ever since inflation spun out of control right after 2020, there are plenty of people out to gouge you if they can! My wife and I have lived in our new house for just over 3 1/2 years now and our homeowner's insurance has doubled since we first moved in! When I called and checked around, some premiums were even $500-$1,000 more! Our property tax keeps jumping too. While living in our last house, it took 15 years for our taxes and homeowners' insurance to go up as much as it has gone up in our new house in only 3 1/2 years! When we decided to put up a new fence in our backyard, I called 5 different companies to get a bid. The lowest bid was $1,000 less than the second lowest bid and the highest bid was more than double the lowest bid. Just to do the same job! My wife and I feel like we took a $10,000 a year pay cut thanks to inflation and things are just not getting any better.

I figured they'd do it at the initial passing of Obamacare. It was the biggest point to be against Obamacare. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they probably did intend well, but I mean I knew once you mandated it then it becomes a monopoly or oligopoly, and once it becones that then they just start gouging the price because simply, they can. It should be no surprise at all the Obamacare has only led to a rise in the cost which then neccessitated subsidies. This then creates a self-defeating loop where they demand kickbacks to cover for the price gouging, they get the kickbacks and then gouge the price and demand more kickbacks to offset the price gouge.
