seeing as Adam was the first man no doubt the first mistake is less punishable than the second, and since God was spending more time with any natural man than he did with adam to get his message across for the next natural yep he could of become humble, but did he realise he was dead in his nature in his sins, does anyone realise at first ?being saved does not mean we will have no troubles on earth nor that we will never physically die.
so why is it any wonder the figure of Him Who was to come lived out his earthly days humbling bearing the chastisement of his Father?
So with that said was he humble at first because if we believe he was deceived in the garden then we have to believe he still thought he was alive after eating, because they both ate thinking they would live.
