The Apostle Paul told us Regeneration happens [(AFTER)] hearing the Gospel preached which brings Faith or belief.

But who makes Natural Man go some place to hear the Gospel preached so he can have Faith to believe and become Regenerated?

Natural Man decides to listen is who!

Jn 6:44

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

No man can come here means no man has the ability to come to Christ. That cancels out the myth that man has a freewill,

It also means that no man has the ability to believe on Christ for Salvation. Because Christ equates believing on Him with coming to Him. Jn 6:64-65

64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

What about those Jesus says to them Jn 5:40

40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

Thats answered in Jn 6:44 they simply will not come because they cannot come unless the Power of God draws them and makes them willing

Ps 110:3

3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

If and when one comes to believe on Christ willingly, the credit goes to Gods Power !
That's true and absolutely Biblical. As Jesus said.
The Holy Spirit enters and allows our understanding. Because the natural mind cannot do so otherwise.

If a man becomes self-aware that his heart is hardened against coming to God, and in spite of that hopes on the name of Jesus to be saved anyway, don't you think he'll still be saved?

A Big Fat NO ------You can't hope on the name of Jesus ---You Get Christ's Saving Faith inbirthed in you by God Changing your heart to accept the Gospel and receive it in your heart -----without Saving Faith your away from God --and you cannot just Hope on the name of Jesus and be Saved ----whoever is telling you this is filling you full of False Hope ----and you will go to hell when you pass from this world --

You have to get Saving Faith in you from hearing the Gospel and Believe that Jesus shed His Blood to free you from sin and that he died on the cross and was risen so you could have eternal life -----and you have to confess your Saving Faith in Christ with your mouth ----to be saved -----you need Christ dwelling in you to be saved -----

No man can come to Christ by his own freewill ability because by nature hes dead in trespasses and sins and without spiritual life and ability to do or act. So consequently he cant come and believe on Christ of himself, or of his own freewill.

No one comes to Christ against their MFW.

Man cant do that unless he is selected by the Father and drawn/regenerated Jn 6:44
You are correct that nobody can go to Christ for salvation without being drawn by God. But He draws all people to Himself (Jn 12:32) and He wants to save them all (2 Pet 3:9). And He won't save them until/unless they believe (1 Cor 1:21).

No man has the ability to enter God's presence without being born from above, but he can follow the lampposts leading to that point of enablement of his own free will.

No he only draws the elect who the father gives him

Man cannot believe in Jesus Christ until he is saved
You can't believe until you are saved drawn
It is rather unique for someone to say that a person is saved before they believe. Even Reformed/Calvinistic people recognize that a person is saved after they believe. They get around this problem by saying that God gifts them "faith" so that He can save them on the basis of their faith. They sometimes refer to this as irresistible grace.
