John8-43and47-Acts13-48-Romans8-8.png

John 8 verses 43, 47, Acts 13 verse 48, Romans 8 verse 8, John 8 verse 43 “Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you are unable to accept My message.” “Whoever belongs to God hears the words of God. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.” When the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and glorified the word of the Lord, and all who were appointed for eternal life believed. Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God.

So basically you are saying that a person is saved apart from faith

No, if one is walking in faith they will abide in Christ producing good works by faith.

Jesus said if one does not abide in Him producing fruit (good works) they are cut off - see John 15

The false teachers of so called "reformed theology" have twisted scripture to get people to believe that sowing to the flesh (sin) does not actually cause one to reap corruption and some even say it's a slap in God's face to confess and forsake their sin!

According to Gal 6:7,8 this is in fact.... mocking God.

They just too slow to know that having been deceived by the devil and all.

Colossians2-13-14s.png

Colossians 2 verses 13-14 ~ When you were dead in your trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our trespasses, having canceled the debt ascribed to us in the decrees that stood against us. He took it away, nailing it to the cross!

IF.... IF.... we confess our sins (and forsake them) the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (see Proverbs 28:13 and 1 John 1:9)

So it's all good then if that man wants to live in sin?

They still go to Heaven even if they live like the devil?
Do Christians sin? Of course they do! Christians continue to be sanctified and grow in grace and obedience. But, their sins are forgiven. That means [past, present, future]. The old man has not totally been done away with! But, we are kept holy, [set aside] in Christ.
No, a Christian is not free to live in sin, nor will they desire to!

We're taking about unsaved people.

2-Corinthians4-4.png

2 Corinthians 4 verses 3-4 ~ 2 Corinthians 4 verse 4 ~ Even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, Who is the image of God.

I agreed with you? Really? I think you must have me confused with someone else or you posted to the wrong person.
I don't recall ever agreeing with you on anything. I'd be interested to read what you have in mind.
Lol. Now that you have been trapped/cornered, of course you must issue blanket denials. This is always the Calvinist end-game.

To be more precise, you "pre-believed" before you heard and "pre-knew" the gospel to be true if and when you supposedly heard it.
There you go little buddy. Plenty more where that came from.....

Yes, they are saved BEFORE they believe. Belief, in my understanding, comes AFTER and from salvation. Otherwise, salvation would be man's work not Christ's work as the Savior.

Yes, contrary to what Scripture explicitly articulates, they believe that flesh can please God and that a bad tree can bring forth the good fruit of faith, and they arrive at this belief by demolishing what Scripture says of the unregenerated man, because they would rather mock and scoff at what Scripture has to say of him than actually take it to heart or even see themselves for who and what they are reflected in the pages of Scripture... so they rewrite what they don't like, then pretend they have refuted the verses they love to contradict and deny.

Colossians2-8-Romans16-18-Romans10-2-Proverbs19-2.png

Colossians 2 v 8, Romans 16 v 18, Romans 10 v 2, Proverbs 19 v 2a ~ See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive. For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge. Zeal is no good without knowledge. They teach as doctrine the precepts of men.
That's a mighty thick box you keep putting us in, Lady. (in your mind only) ;)
