OK, I'll try. You said that the fact that the wise men followed a star showed that Jesus must have been born at night-time. That would only be true if the wise men were present at His birth, or immediately after. The bible indicates that it was up to two years after the birth that the wise men arrived. This is shown by Matthew's account:

“Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared.” (Mt 2:7 NKJV)

“Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men.” (Mt 2:16 NKJV)

Jesus was no longer a Baby in a manger. We are told in Matthew that the wise men visited Him and Mary in a house.

All this shows that the wise men following the star has no bearing on what time of day or night Jesus was born.

I hope that is clearer.

Another Example.

One night, Nicodemus came to Jesus.
Nicodemus is a wise and respected man in his time.

1st Witness: Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. What man's clearly understand is not true (John 3:4).
JOHN 3:1-3
3 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

It so happened that the word Born Again is use to establish sect in Christianity.

2nd Witness:
This has nothing to do with first and second witnesses.

2nd Witness:

Born again doesn’t mean that! It means that someone is born of water and the Spirit, baptized (immersed: the old man died and you come out of the water as a new creature/ person).

It is not directly written. Perhaps we can consider the following verses as support.
MATTHEW 2:2
2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

LUKE 2:8-11
8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

2nd Witness:
JOHN 3:5
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

According to Lord Jesus. The meaning of born again is be born of water and of the Spirit.

The verses you quote don't tell us when they actually followed the star. According to Matthew, the only mention of them following the star was after they had visited Herod at Jerusalem, up to 2 years after Jesus had been born. Matthew wrote:

“9 ¶ When they heard the king, they departed; and behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.” (Mt 2:9-10 NKJV)

I think I mistakenly interpret when they followed the star and Jesus was just born on that time.
Since it says young child when the 3 wise men arrived, then he must be 2 years old and you are correct.

JOHN 3:5
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

According to Lord Jesus. The meaning of born again is be born of water and of the Spirit.

Therefore Tree #2 that consist of 2 witnesses is free to eat because it gives eternal life.

But the Tree #3 KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD & EVIL. It is forbidden.
GENESIS 2:17
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Since it says young child when the 3 wise men arrived, then he must be 2 years old and you are correct.

Also, it doesn’t specify how many wisemen coming from the east.

yes and explains why Herod sought to kill every boy 2 and under, not every newborn - -

Matthew 2:7
Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared.
their journey to Judea took them almost two years. at least some of them aren't from Babylon, as is commonly supposed - that is a journey of a matter of weeks by camel, perhaps a couple of months with time to make preparations, and we can safely presume they were in something of a hurry.

personally i believe some came from China, well known for astronomy and in ancient times was monotheistic.

Yes, it is not directly read they are 3. But based on their gifts Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh.
MATTHEW 2:11
11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh.

True, there were three gifts, but 2, 10 or 99 wise men could bring three gifts. The bible does not tell us how many wise men visited Jesus. We only know that there was more than one, because it says "men" not "man."

We can also take an example what King Herod understand.

1st Witness: Jesus will become a Governor. Man's clearly understanding is a political Governor or become a ruler of the Jews just like King Herod understanding (Note True).
So King Herod by leaning in his own understanding, he thought that Lord Jesus is a rival political leader, so he was threatened with the prophecy.
MATTHEW 2:6
6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

2nd Witness: God the Father is referring to Spiritual Governor that rule the Chosen of God as Shepperd. (True)
1 TIMOTHY 6:15
15 which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
