Several times. The hard part is ripping the sticky patches off, especially if you are hairy chested. Alcohol based sanitiser help dissolve the glue.
Mineral oil works well too. Less irritation than astringent or something like that.

Just started walking in the early mornings when all of the neighbors are sleeping.

Imagine being Charlie’s grandfather in Charlie in the Chocolate factory….how much walking he had to do, in order to explore the chocolate factory allll day, after being stuck onto his bed for years or how ever long….

Seems like I’m in the process of getting my body “ready for the chocolate factory”….or just the outdoors in general….

Apparently I’ll be getting this done soon. Has anyone else here had an electrocardiogram (ECG) or (EKG) before?
How was it for you?

I think they want to check me for cardiovascular disease.

I know my grandmother ended up getting a pacemaker later in life after her heart either failed or she had a heart attack…not sure which.

Dear Sean,

I don't know what your specific concerns are, but this class from Dr Jennifer Daniels is valuable, not only for Atrial fibrilation, but for general heart health. You are not likely to learn this at an exam.

I would bookmark this, listen frequently and take notes.
Heart disease has a cause. I have reasons to believe it's not a genetic inevitability. Perhaps there's something that can be gleaned as I have found and applied for myself and others.

To your health and happiness!

I’ll actually listen to it right now as, I personally don’t know much about heart health.

Thanks @HealthAndHappiness !

Listening to this reminds me of the times I used to sit in my car and listen to conservative radio all day.

I just started taking methyl b-vitamin complex yesterday.

I definitely should brush and floss more.

i remember when I used to sit in my car and listen to stuff like this, I’d be in constant fear lol

I should probably make an appointment with my dentist tomorrow.

I don’t usually have any issues with my heart. Sometimes I’ll have pain but I do usually have high blood pressure.

Even if you are a veteran getting VA treatment and meds, it's never free. "Free" and "insured" are fish hooks with bait that some just can't resist. Every Dr, nurses, attendant, administrator, clerk, insurance agent, pharmacist, medical device company, food services, and drug companies get paid very well for every patient who walks through the door.
They don't take chickens and vegetables for payment anymore!:giggle::giggle::giggle:

Lol I know what you mean!
That's for sure.
But I can use some leftover garden vegetables and beef right now.

A lady I provided consultations for, etc. will likely have over a one million dollar payout to her chosen hospitals. She decided against calling a recommended Naturopathic who would have likely provided recommendations for calming her tight chest that are covered by Dr Daniels' classes plus additional information that would have cost pocket change in comparison. However she had reasons to believe that the ounce of prevention would trump the ER helicopter flight to the hospital.
After insurance was determined to cover a heart transplant and many dangerous drugs, she was high pressured to having a life of another taken to have it switched out for hers. She decided against it for a medical device slapped together bound with medical tape because Red Green wasn't available with his.
I could go on and on, but 70 days later she has a permanent, heavy machine to carry around, with a septic infection likely if she doesn't have a tube switched out of her side daily. They told her that she would be given a drug that has high risk for a stroke. Sure enough they gave it to her and were right. They gave her that stroke right after giving it to her.
However, she was very grateful they "saved her life" by going into her brain with a vacuum and removing the clot they gave her a long with their traumatic brain injury and left side paralysis.
She has trouble swallowing 11 drugs/day now, BUT insurance will possibly cover most of it.

I'm writing the book but will stop with a moral to this lady's experience.

A. Hospitals are in the business of making money through, what they call Profit Centers.....days in hospital, rehab, drug sales, medical devices, transport, "feed", employees hours, pt, etc ad nauseous.

B. Hospitals are not in the business of healing. Jesus is.
He is motivated by loving compassion. Hospitals are motivated by commission ...the love of money.

C. Insurance has financial investments in the pharmaceutical Companies, hospitals, medical device companies, etc. Conflict of interest?
Those who have good insurance are most likely to use it. The salesmen will sell them someone else's heart/ life if they give into that temptation.
If they don't, there's other expensive options offered. As long as the options are not involving low cost, yet potentially more effective ways to actually heal.

Here's an ER doctor who also bought 2 city blocks to establish a clinic to help the poor. She covers the details about insurance that hopefully will bless you and others who read this lengthy post.

Am I obsessed with hatred and murder as some have claimed against me? No, I'm interested in being a blessing to my neighbors who Jesus wants to bless. It doesn't pay the bills yet, but hopefully God's people will receive the love of Christ for their unique challenges.

To your health and happiness!

We have a wonderful community of Mennonite and Amish near here, and the blessing they bring to the area is palpable, as it should be.:)(y)

There's certain things that are common in Amish communities regarding. One is the lack of autism.

Earlier this week, RFK pointed to a major study in the 1970s that showed 1 in more than 10,000 kids had autism. If I remember correctly, Trump said 20,000.
Then the more recent best data was from a California study.....
1 in 12.5 boys are autistic.
He said one in a dozen boys get enough brain damage from the ingredients in vaccines to be designated autistic/ disabled.
The Amish forbid vaccines.
I'm aware of Baptist Churches that also don't do vaccines too and are protecting children.
I got sidetracked onto this since it' was just announced to the world by the most influential health care advocate currently.
It was something I always thought highly about how the Amish, some Mennonite and Baptist churches raise healthy children with success.
