i disagree a bit. it's not "just" a product. this is the best bacon ever around here. many say so. no, not going to be satisfied with any other bacon. since i moved out of my mom's house, i've been able to purchase the food i want. i also get the best sausage for breakfast. remember, i said i do not buy all the packages on the shelf, i always leave some. in this start, department managers tell the store manager what they are out of. if it's the same product week to week, it's ordered by way of a particular department, not computers.

How are we to weigh that against the Biblical proscription to focus on things above, not things below ( down here)?

not only do i purchase the bacon for present times but for future times as well. & sadly, people should be thinking about stock time because winter is approaching. nearly everyone stocks up on non-parishables so we make sue the freezer is adequate in stock. but thanks for your opinion.

Not an opinion, just a question.
The eternal struggle, I still have prepping stuff laying around and found I was leaning on my own and not Him.
I have no idea what He calls you to do.
He will protect His own better that we can ourselves IF we stay in Him.
