Technically, under the Patriot act all they have to do is accuse you of being a terrorist and they can hold you indefinitely with no due process
Technically no one is going to accuse me of being a terrorist. Unlike Biden I didn't say to put Trump in the crosshairs right before the assassination attempt. I don't accuse him of being an insurrectionist. I don't try to discredit his election victory with ugly pejoratives like "cheeto messiah".
The only ones that would get convicted of being a terrorist for these things are those stupid enough to put it in writing on the internet.
