As this is translated in the KJV it makes Paul say that Jesus is God "manifest in the flesh."
Although the KJV translates 1 Tim. 3:16 with "God" as above, nearly all other translations today use a word which refers, not to God, but to Jesus: "he" (NIV; RSV; NRSV; JB; NJB; REB; NAB [`70]; AT; GNB; CBW; and Beck's translation), "he who" (ASV; NASB; NEB; MLB; BBE; Phillips; and Moffatt), "who," or "which." Even the equally old Douay version has "which was manifested in the flesh." All the very best modern NT texts by trinitarian scholars (including Westcott and Hort, Nestle, and the text by the United Bible Societies) have the NT Greek word ὃς ("who") here instead of θεὸς ("God"). Why do the very best trinitarian scholars support this NON-trinitarian translation of 1 Tim. 3:16?

You might want to do some research on Westcott and Hort. Especially their letters that came to light after their deaths.
He IS wonderful, a counselor, (God is stretching it- it should read MIGHTY ONE), he is a father, and a Prince. God is NEVER a prince.

However, BOTH readings say he will be KNOWN in the flesh.....

No one has seen the Father at any time - The Son is the visible manifiestation of the invisible God: if you have seen Him, you have seen the Father
As I understand with your understanding that Jesus is just a look alike of the Father and not the Father itself.

I hope this admission of both God the Father and Jesus Christ will help on why there is only 1 THRONE in heaven. Where the One True God is sitting.
As we know that the meaning of CHRIST is SAVIOR.
This is what God The Father said. I am He. I'm the only savior.
ISAIAH 43:10-11
10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I AM HE: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.
In response to what God the Father said I AM HE.
This is what Our Lord Jesus said. Whoever not believe they will die in their sins.
JOHN 8:24
24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I AM HE, ye shall die in your sins.

just a couple small things - -
Christ means Messiah, which means annointed one - Jesus means Yah is Salvation, and "He" is not in the text of John 8 - - it is, unless you believe I AM - - the name from Exodus 3.
Jesus is identifying Himself as that very I AM
i remember hearing that the word used in what we translate as "The Image of the invisible God" carries the connotation of an embossment or impression, that is, an exact, direct transfer. the image formed in such a process is an individual thing relative to what it is formed of, but is in all ways indistinguishable.
