No, just saying those saved in the Bible did Godly works and that hasn't changed and we should be doing similar.
I didn't say they are required for Salvation. I said if a person is truly saved they will be doing Godly works.
How or when does God do this?

If you do not think people must work to stay saved, you should not use the word required.
You should focus on helping them grow. not determine if they are saved or not
