This looks good, I guess. As far as Arabs go; the Saudis seem the most likely to play it cool; as long as there's money to be made.

There's some questions though... like, what counts as "Ukrainian children".... are we talking about the children of "ukrainians" who are actually ethnic Russians and/or the children of separatists? Or do they really just want the actual displaced children of Ukrainian nationalist/loyalists?

When the rubber hits the road; is everybody really trying to be reasonable? or is this going to devolve into semantic bickery? Time will tell.
