It was basically a reverse of the last SOTU from Biden... and while it was nice to not have to hear the democrats talk their garbage; the grandstanding of the Republicans was almost equally disgusting.
All that has been achieved is that America is no longer a room that is rapidly filling up with lava. The Trump administration, and all the republicans can stop talking about how bad the Biden administration was. Everyone knows. We were all there. Everyone who isn't already persuaded needs to be persuaded by something besides words- results in particular.
"There is work left to do" was an understatement by the President. There is an entire political-economic minefield to sweep, before we can even start building anything. Just saying that "America's golden age has already begun!" doesn't make it true.... we are still in the aftermath of Bidinflation and in a state of unsustainable hyper-extension.
Many older veterans are worried about their VA benefits being cut; millennials are super-pissed about the housing market.
