There is plenty of legal precedent to write new laws. That is the beauty of revoking a visa, you don't have to go through the DOJ, simply revoke the visa and they must leave the country.
A student visa can be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected or if new information comes to light making the person ineligible for a student visa.
For example, if on the application you were asked if you had any issue with the US government or if you desired to overthrow the US government and you said no, but then later evidence came forth where you were at various rallies chanting "death to America" or some other example, that would be sufficient to revoke the visa and deport you.

It's not going to take four years, all he has to do is require the data released by the government be accurate and correct and we'll get there this year.
To be fair all those jobs created by Biden were for non citizens. By deporting them it will create a whole lot of jobs for citizens. But I doubt that will happen prior to the AI crash.

The economy is not crashing because of a few people thinking the economy is satanic.
1. The US has passed all of its pain from inflation onto the rest of the world. They are carrying our load.
2. The wars are evidence that the situation is dire for many nations. People do not go to war when they are happy with their current situation.
3. AI and robots can do the jobs that we currently pay people to do for a very small fraction of the cost. The ROI for companies to adopt these technologies is greater than 100%. For example 3d printers are crushing the sweat shop model for Asia and as bad as that model was, eliminating those jobs is causing a massive disruption to Asian economies.
4. Trump is encouraging 5-10% of federal workers to take a buyout. That is proof positive that Elon Musk and DOGE are all about replacing white collar workers with AI. Six months from now it will be brutal. This is like the iceberg scraping by the Titanic. It may look cool but the lower levels of the US economy are flooding.

Again, there are too many good news to mention but the best one that caught my attention was an idea that Trump was throwing out there in regards to our criminals here.
He said that he might deport them to other countries!
"You all gave us some of your best, so now it's our turn to give you some of our best".
But then i saw that he was going to send them to Guantanamo and i was disappointed a bit.

It is crystal clear what is going on, this is the carrot, it will be followed with the stick. As AI does more and more jobs it will become harder and harder to justify your job. They don't have to fire you, they can simply stop funding your department and let some other department take over your jobs using AI.
Trump said he would do this and then assigned the job to Elon Musk. How much clearer does it need to be?
