As I grow older I certainly hope I don't know less than I did when I was younger. I think age (maturity) brings the realization you don't have to go around making a big show of what you know. I know when I was younger I never wasted an opportunity to spout off about things of which I was clueless.
It's just a "perspective" of the pride that is in mankind and as one ages it should humble us.
Some think the tribulation Jesus mentioned to his disciples was fulfilled at the destruction of Judea/Jerusalem in 67-70AD, which is probably correct. Some go too far IMO and wrongly consider the tribulations of Revelation to be fulfilled also,
Well it hasn't, if the tribulation had come there wouldn't be a question mark about it, you'd know it! They come to that conclusion to fit an incorrect belief they have.

Did you know the book of Revelation ( which is in essence about the revealing of Christ Jesus) lines up quite well with the
Olivet Discourse, it is quite impressive.
I have looked at it and think a person has to have a really active imagination to reach that conclusion
Funny, I was thinking it takes aaaaaa loooot of imagination to use the news to understand Bible prophecy.
People are wasting their time trying to match it to current events. Nothing will really change unti the rules based order is destroyed in nuclear war, and then things will beome readily apparent.

Yes. IMO the first 4 trumpets are nuclear war and its aftermath. Then great turmoil for a 5-month period when the 5th trumpet blows, and then the 6th trumpet will blow beginning the 1260-day reign of the beast, two witnesses, etc. Something like that

Who was the person? I was hwre a while before this.
I'm pre-wrath, ie, the 7 bowls of wrath are poured out immediately after the resurrection. There will be a lot of war like we're beginning to see now, but on a larger, possibly world war scale before the trumpets begin to sound.
