It was the woman who fell to temptation first in the garden (Genesis 3:6), it was a woman first who Jesus confessed to being (John 4:26), and it was women first who went to the tomb and who first met the risen Christ (Matthew 28:5)(John 20:15)

Nothing is by coincidence with God, so what do you think ? :unsure:

At a minimum, this suggests that that Jesus spent a lot of time with women, and that a lot of women also followed Jesus around. It also speaks to the "last shall be first" message, those with a "lesser" status (in terms of power, wealth, etc.) in society will be brought up.

Seriously though...this is a rare premise. Typically we only see threads about all the things the OP is certain God would never want a woman to do. Or ways we are supposedly inferior or can't be used by God. It's rare to see a thread that mentions both good and bad when it comes to Biblical womankind. Sooooo...interesting. :unsure:

Without woman, Jesus would not have ever been here in the flesh, it assuredly was not with man that Jesus came here
She may have ate first, yet she gave birth to the life giving Spirit, Jesus the Messiah, where new life in his risen life is now offered by his Father in God Father's Spirit and Truth for us all
Salvation through Woman
Man himself had nothing to do with the salvation.

When we take the truths within what's being said about God choosing women almost makes me scratch my head why the Apostle Paul was against them or seems to be in his writings. It seems to be a disconnect between God and Paul towards women. Kind of a shame actually.

Paul had met the risen Christ and whatever he wrote down, Christ (through the Holy Spirit) had directed it.

So whatever Paul wrote down concerning women would not be inconsistent with or contradictory to the rest of Scripture.

The apostle was not "against" women; otherwise he would have been against God Himself. Add to that the fact that Paul praised all the women who helped him in his missionary journeys. He didn't see them as "less than" or "inferior".

Mary Magdalene is mentioned as basically being a disciple of Jesus and part of the great Commission. That basically allows her to preach. Paul said women are not allowed to preach. I doubt that came from Jesus.

You said it, seems that way, Paul not against anyone, sending God's love to all. yet it does seem as is against women in the Corinth church
Did you know, in that church there was a brothel above that church, this brothel had women with shaven heads, who came to the church in Corinth and took up on the pulpit with shaven heads and started, it is okay to sin and have anyone you desire anytime anywhere, because you are forgiven by God in Son, you will not be judged!
So they took grace for granted, which was never meant to happen. So, Paul wrote to the Corinthians, that Sosthenes, the leader of them, read it to them about it
Then seeing in 2 Cor 7, they repented, changed their minds to God's mind set for them in love to all, not a few as man still only does to this day only loves those that love them back
Only Father in risen Son can reveal this to anyone between God and them to see it and never new in it, not having to try, just doing it new in love and mercy to all

Paul didn’t say that. Men have misconstrued Paul’s words, projecting on him their own misogyny.

There are good explanations for all of the so-called “difficult” passages about women in Paul’s letters, but unless men are willing to acknowledge and disown their ingrained chauvinism, they won’t see Paul’s intent.

Genesis 3:16
" Your desire shall be for your husband,
and he shall rule over you"

Corinthians 11:3
"But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ,
the head of a woman is man, and the head of Christ is God"

It's pretty clear from God what roles were set for men and woman, but unfortunately like in the garden, fallen woman have a prideful desire still for equality and or superiority and we are seeing it more and more in Churches all over... Romans sums that up pretty good.

Romans 1:21
"because although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful,
but became futile in their thoughts and their foolish hearts were darkened"

Not only that we also have a lot of female disciples many of them were who financially supported his ministry , who appeared with him at the cross when most of his male followers hid away save John , women were often appearing as the strongest and most dedicated disciples he had on earth

truthfully it doesn’t matter to God if we are male or female anymore he’s identifying us by our spirit not our flesh identity

And unfortunately, like in the garden, fallen men have a prideful desire to blame women for the problems in the church, rather than cutting the fat off their own hearts and stepping up to lead and do the work God set out for them.

I'm not a feminist and I'm not seeking out a church leadership role, I'm just sayin'...... ya can't bleat about how well-equipped men are for leadership while whining that some fallen women are pushing ya around 🙄.

For starters, the verses which you are throwing around pertain to a husband and wife relationship, and not to male/female relationships in general. Also, although there is a God-given hierarchy or God-given authority within the confines of a marriage, it was never intended to be a hierarchy of dominance, superiority, or abuse. In other words, a husband, although the head of his own wife (and not of any other woman), is supposed to lay down his own life sacrificially for his wife in the same manner in which Christ laid down his own life sacrificially for the church. At the same time, a wife ought to reverence her own husband (and not men in general) as the church is supposed to be reverencing Christ.

As far as equality is concerned, even within the confines of a marriage, there is equality between the man and woman where salvation is concerned. Again, any authority that a husband has over his own wife (and not over any other woman) equates with accountability, and not with dominance, superiority, or abuse.

Seeing how husbands are more accountable, let's see them step up to the plate before they start slinging any accusations against their own wives or women in general. In your case, according to your profile, you are not even married, so if you think that you are the head over any woman in any sense, then you are greatly mistaken.
