Oh but there is a component of willingness to go with it.
And you must be WILLING to enter into the New Covenant with the Kinsman Redeemer.
God is not into shotgun weddings. Takes away from His Glory.

[Jhn 7:17 KJV]
If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak of myself.

[Luk 11:28 KJV]
But he said, Yea rather, blessed [are] they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

The Gospel is a personal message (willingness) and that is the part they cannot bring themselves to state.
Interesting that was omitted a little sly me thinks!

I agree. It is personalized by the sending of messenger.

There is little common ground with people who assert this TULIP system.
The Calvin/TULIP/pre-selection dogma/rules/doctrines need to be scrapped.
They are worse than useless. They are pharisaical barriers.

I cannot believe that anybody coddles them to be honest.

Bumped up again. I do not think anyone answered.

My question to you is:

Why are you not going out into the world and accurately preaching YOUR form of the gospel.
The one that you supposedly believe and espouse endlessly on this board?

You know:
-pre-birth condemnation for all
-no free will whatsoever for anybody
-salvation is predicated SOLELY upon a cosmic lottery that only God controls
-all marriages to the Bridegroom are shotgun weddings
-all covenants are forged in bad faith and meant to fail
-repentance and a change of heart can NEVER happen legitimately

So when you get off this message board, are you preaching a false gospel out there that you despise?
Are you faking it? And then when you DO draw disciples into the Calvinite web, do you then drop the
Calvinite doctrinal hammer on them after they get hooked?

But what is worse, are you trying to convince others to do the same?
Replying to that post would be hazardous as doing so would expose their doctrine to the penetrating light of day
for all to see.

I am actually quite surprised by this. o_O
But then you do believe in a variation of limited atonement.
Do you believe a reformed evangelist begins each sermon with...I hope you guys listening are lucky enough to be chosen by God...?

Remember before Calvinism took over and people used to talk about Jesus as a personal Saviour, why because it takes a personal act to accept the gift of salvation.

Then you better stop using some verses in the Bible in your evangelism. John 3:16 isn't about individuals, but about creation as a whole.

Sad, I need a break. I cannot believe how distorted (putting it mildly) the simple message of the Gospel has become... really something.

Worse than I realized, and I thought I understood their doctrine (having spent so much time on it).
Now it all makes sense they really do not believe the Gospel at all. Wow just wow!!

Well, I am not a mind reader as to who actually believes what, but believing in the gospel of pre-selection is not the real deal that much is true.

Unlikely. Which makes them entirely suspect as I have earlier opined.
A pre-selection gospel is far to absurd and disturbing to stomach at face value.
Which is why this doctrine is left lurking in the shadows.
