The laws of love are from the OT
Lev 19:18 ...., but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
Deu 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
And the 10 commandments are principles of love that apply today.
They are quoted in the NT many times and it is clear that they were not nailed to the cross.
Jesus said "if you love me keep my commandments". We disagree on what these commandments are but the motive is clear and there is nothing wrong with obeying because you love someone.
Joh 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Mat 15:6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
The devil is a deceiver and has done so for 6000 years plus. He wants to make the commandments of God void.
The commandments of God (which quotes one of the 10) are being made of none effect by the tradition of man again.
Traditions say the ten commandments are not valid.
But that is not what the Bible teaches.
The Holy Spirit and God's law are not in conflict with each other they work in tandem.
The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin John 16:8 for breaking God's law 1 John 3:4 if we hear His voice Heb 3:7-8
The Spirit resides in the individual who obeys His commandments, why its conditional
John 14:15 “If you love Me, [d]keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another [e]Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.

How do you know what is from the Holy Spirit and what is from a deception, the devil pretending to be God. ?

Magenta, this verse was mostly about the circumcision, this was the difficulty for the gentiles, this verse should not be used to diminish the Law.

We are both spiritual and flesh. it is why the commandments were given as a guide for us not to sin.
We are commanded to judge righteously.
"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." It's actually one of Jesus' commandments. Ironic that you missed it.

Wrong.
Jesus used the same word "yoke" in this verse:
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Peter, to address the need for circumcision among the gentile believers, said this:
"So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith."
So the Jews with the Law and the gentiles without the Law were purified by God in the same manner: by faith. The sign of this was "giving them the Holy Spirit". Not any outward work of the Law. Only that which God can give: The Holy Spirit.
Peter uses the same word Jesus used to describe a burden: yoke.
"Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?"
So, if not the Law, then how are gentiles, or any people, saved? That's the next sentence:
"But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”
So they conclude the following:
"Therefore I judge that we should not trouble those from among the Gentiles who are turning to God, 20 but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood."

Then this is written:
"For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”
The carnal will say "See, this says they already know all the Law so the gentile believers should follow the law as they've heard it."
No, what they were saying was "The Law was read on every Jewish Sabbath and preached everywhere there were Jews. So let's get a succinct message to the gentiles so they are not convinced to take up the whole Law of the Jews."
So then that is what they wrote:
"Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, “You must be circumcised and keep the law” to whom we gave no such commandment."
The letter continued:
"For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well."
That's it. Those 4 things. God had already acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit. The disciples, knowing that, by the Holy Spirit, God could communicate with the gentile believers Spirit to spirit, gave them simple instructions. From study, we know that the instructions related to their cultural traditions. The elders at the council were helping the young believers.

The fact is the Sabbath continues on forever for all flesh i.e. God's saints Isa 66:23 and I am sure there won't be only Jews in God's eternal Kingdom, but will be for both Jew and Gentile those who are grafted in through faith who uphold God's law though love. 1 John 5:3 John 14:15 Exo 20:6

The 4 rules that James mentioned were what Jewish hosts required of gentile proselytes of the gate if they wanted to worship in their synagogues. It was to avoid offense so they wouldn't lose access to Christian teaching.
Context!! you do not see the big picture and pick the verses you need here id the whole story about acts 15:10-11;
The Jerusalem Council
Act 15:1 Then some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.”

the context is clear! circumcision not the rest of the law but people use verse 10 and 11 to push their point, this is dishonest and leads other to err.
